頂樓房型，實際上是違建、後期加蓋的，不知道為什麼陽朔作為一個有名的景區消防檢查這麼馬虎；
門和屋頂比人矮，進門得低着頭，進房裡人根本直不起身來；
隔音很差，樓裏的聲音，隔壁樓的聲音，十分清晰；
衞生清理和硬件條件堪憂，畢竟淡季最低價才53塊錢一晚。

唯一的好處是近西街！隔音超級差，外面走路説話聽得一聽二楚！房間沒有拖鞋，沒有洗髮水，沒有沐浴露，沒有煲水壺，晚上西街逛完回來沒有熱水沖涼，最後連涼都沒法洗！。。。反正要啥沒啥，都不知道這是什麼公寓，無語了。。。沒有暖氣且被子很薄，一晚都睡不好！這個價格，這個服務，真的無語了！

1月來桂林真是來對了時間，遊客不算多可以慢慢的在灕江邊晃蕩，完全不需要排隊。酒店在西街裏面，晚上可以在西街逛逛，雖然外面很吵鬧，但是房間裏一點也聽不到很安靜，並且最最關心的衞生方面我很滿意，乾淨整潔睡的很舒服，給第二天的出行充滿了電。老闆也很熱情，可以提供優惠門票，來就沒錯了

眾裏尋他千百度，驀然回首，卻在燈火闌珊處，真正好的酒店這裏的闌珊處。千里昭昭，奔波千里，衹為看到甲天下的桂林山水，此時開始各處地方謀劃行程做好攻略，絞盡腦汁，費盡周折，也不知道怎樣才能將時間利用到最大化，但是在這裏卻讓你不用費那些心思。起飛，落地，落地那一刻便找好的順風車在機場出口等待，一小時車程兜兜轉轉終於抵達酒店，一路的桂林地貌盡收眼底，確實美盡，進入酒店，姐姐熱情洋溢，悉心安排酒店住宿，房間之內整潔大方，推開窗户便是山景盡收眼底，歸置好行囊，便給我們指出當地特色，哪家美食好吃，那個地方好玩，給我們發來合個微信位置，每一次去哪裡然後去哪裡。大早上可以租老闆家的電動車，四十元一天，動力強勁，持續續航，不需要按金另外歸還也比較自由，這也讓我們省去心思和沒有了後顧之憂。當太陽升起，我們愉快的一天也要開始，按照規劃和順序，最後下來一天真是充實而又滿足，晚上再到幾步便到的西街感受人間煙火，妙哉妙哉。老闆家，踏實可靠，誠信經營，熱情好客，對待住客如同至親好友，感恩之意便祝阿盧生意興隆，財源廠進

老闆娘人超級好的，人美心善，熱情，而且民宿的電動車租金非常低，性價比簡直不要太高
位置:直接就是在西街裏，根本不用兜，而且旁邊就是灕江直接可以在陽台看到灕江的風景，值得
環境:房間挺乾淨的，民宿一開始沒有抱有很大的期望，來到才發現衞生很OK，空間又大，每個房間都有一個陽台，白天可以坐在陽台看風景喝咖啡巴適得很明年來陽朔完肯定又來老闆娘這裏住，非常開心
