Staff were friendly and helped us a lot. We mentioned when we booked the room that we were going for our honeymoon. The hotel immediately upgraded our room, upgraded our standard room without windows to a luxurious balcony room, and the view of the Ruiguang Shwedagon Pagoda from the balcony. They even prepared roses in bed and bathroom. Another thing that surprised me was that when we finished the view and returned to the room, we found the hotel sent us a beautiful cake and a postcard full of blessings. I was very impressed by their care and service to customers. In addition, the breakfast buffet they offer is very rich and delicious.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A variety of diets are suitable for various countries, including Thai food, Burmese local food, Chinese food, European cuisine, haha pizza, mainly made very delicious, very ceremonial, when I am going to Dajin Temple, they remind me that I can not reveal The leg loaned me a Longji. Once again, I am very grateful. The hotel is also equipped with a garden lotus pond. There are two turtles sticking out their heads to eat. I can see my baby is happy, and there are white geese. I must say breakfast. Very rich and fresh, very simple, I feel the food is grateful for human existence. Recommend five stars, I lived and made me very gan dong

Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map. The position of the five-pointed star in the uploaded image is the location indicated by the route, while the small blue circle is the actual hotel location.

Stay almost 2 weeks! First and Foremost Mr Aung Kyaw hotel General Manager who made us stay at my hotel yangon ! He is extremely nice and very well listener which is very important for that position! He take good care of his hotel guests and staffs . It was extremely unforgettable stay there because of Mr Aung Kyaw , Also all the staff are really humble and very well listen to guests without any negative attitude towards to others especially Restaurant Mr .Thiha and all F& B staffs and also HK team Ms Su and all who clean our room 501 with there lovely initiatives and front desk staff especially skinny and tall gentleman who ware glass , my apologies that I could not able to recall all the names. Also thanks to two security gentleman who always rent umbrella and really really thanks to General Manager Mr Aung Kyaw who made us to stay that hotel who is the one made hotel extra revenues Thanks very much Mr Aung Kyaw and all F& B staffs and FO staffs and Security team and also lovely HK team along Ms Su !!!
