很差勁，提前都不和顧客溝通第二天直接把房間都訂出去，都不問續住不，提前也不通知！

房間很乾凈，工作人員服務態度非常好，還額外送了歡迎水果，白天遊玩，晚上回酒店時還提供了免費暖心粥和醪糟湯圓。

服務非常好的一家酒店～ 乾淨衞生 前台準備的迎賓禮也很豐富 還有好吃的免費下午茶 晚安粥 貼心店家～
酒店距離延安火車站比較近 但是值得推薦的是 酒店附近就是公交站 始發站 想去寶塔山 棗園 革命紀念館 延安1938 等景點 完全可以坐公交～出門就是 站點～
這裏特別要提示一下 酒店一樓的餐廳 25塊錢一份的羊湯麪 超級超級推薦 看圖片 現場手切 鮮煮 蕎麥麪 味道超級贊 可續麪 餐廳的服務也是一級棒👍🏻

優點：1.裝修不錯，酒店各項功能區設定很全，洗衣區、健身房、下午茶、餐廳一應俱全。
2.服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，布草也比較新
3.床很舒適，本來以為酒店靠路邊會吵，但完全沒有，很安靜，睡得很好。
缺點：距離中心城區有點遠，國慶起期間打的不太好打。

環境啥的都挺好。送了下午茶和水果。還有健身房，洗面奶和卸粧水之類的都有，真的不錯，唯一一不好的是靠路邊有點吵
