I stayed one night before driving to Zao and found a hotel with hot springs and convenient parking. This one would be a good choice. You can walk to the nearby izakaya, which is mostly visited by locals and the food is very good.

It was good overall, but it seems to be eco-friendly, but the breakfast container is paper and the rice sticks to it, making it difficult to eat. . Even though it says it's kind to the earth, I can't eat the rice in the container well, so I feel like it's not eco-friendly😅😅
