太差了，辦理入住坐着個新來的啥也不會，還要等打電話喊人來辦，等了十分鐘態度還不好。然後又要喊交按金，攜程預訂多久沒交過了，然後按金是把錢掃給前台？正常不都是凍結嗎？房間地毯臟的發黑，熱水放十多分鐘都不會出。大半夜四點多走廊裏還大呼小叫的。四張早餐券，我們就一個人去吃，問一下有什麼吃的，態度惡劣還説自己是回族酒店衹有牛肉米線，吃不了就去吃饅頭。辦理退房也是態度惡劣，簡直絕了！

本來是不想點評的，但是今天看到訂單，想想不點評都對不起自己，我去考試，外面的人太吵，應該是廣場舞大媽的音樂，早上退房，攜程上打電話來給我沒有給房費！服了，打了好幾天。我感覺天花板上紅紅，是不是監控器啊？？

這次體驗真的是不太滿意：1.洗漱台堵水口是壞的，還就把壞的東西放在盆裏；2.打開衣櫃找衣架，發現裏面有上位客人留下的垃圾，但是客房服務員未及時清掃；3.牀頭櫃旁邊居然還有煙頭，不知道是怎麼清掃的；4.早上7點多洗澡的時候放了20分鐘多才放出熱水，這個太浪費水了吧；5.不知道是下水口堵了還是怎麼，漏水效果太差，洗個澡就像在游泳池一樣，下面都是汪水的。總之本次體驗太差了
