Our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip ended perfectly. We stayed at this hotel on our first day of the journey and chose to stay here again on our way back. Coincidentally, the lovely front desk lady who checked us in on the first day was also there to greet us. The service throughout our stay was consistently thoughtful and reliable, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for after a long journey. A huge thank you to her for her enthusiastic and attentive care. If I ever travel to the Northwest again, I will definitely choose this place and look for her again!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

We had an upgrade when we arrived, a beautiful suite with a great view . Breakfast was great, mostly chinese but with lots of options. English is not spoken by the staff but it is not a problem. The location is perfect, just next to wanda shopping mall with lots of options to eat and buy. This hotel is a gem for the price.

The desk, wardrobe, and hanging area were all well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very refreshing night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. The towels were neatly arranged, and the toilet and shelves were sparkling clean, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a substantial variety of hot dishes, including light vegetables and spicy stir-fries. The food was kept warm and the flavors were authentic to the local cuisine. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

Check out to praise the room's sleep equipment! I have heard that the mousse mattress is very good, and there is really nothing to say about the personal experience. The mattress is just soft and hard, fits the waist and back, and the whole person is relaxed when lying down, and sleeps very peacefully. There are two kinds of pillows, buckwheat pillows and memory pillows, no need to find the front desk to take, which one you want to use directly, sleep very fragrant all night, the store will choose the configuration too much, really recommend!

The hotel opened this year. The room is large and the decoration is very high-end, which meets my aesthetic taste. The whole house is smart, the lights and curtains can be voice-controlled, there is also a smart toilet, the projection image quality is very clear, and we also watched a movie at night. The bed is very clean and soft, and there are washing machines, refrigerators, and induction cookers. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from Wanda. There are also many delicious foods around the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Maybe because of the altitude, the bath water is a little small, and the full-body mirror at the door of the bathroom is a funhouse mirror, which makes me happy. Everything else is great! It's a pity that we have to rush the schedule, otherwise we will definitely stay a few more nights.

Easy parking, affordable price, clean and tidy rooms. The service was excellent, and it was quiet at night with good soundproofing. The surrounding amenities are complete. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.
