Xining in summer is peak season, and while the location is great for People's Park and the nearby pet market, parking is a hassle. However, the front desk service was excellent! They called before check-in to ask about any special requests and estimated arrival time, and also gave great recommendations for night markets. The room was clean and tidy, which made the peak season price feel justified – definitely not one of those hotels where you pay a lot and leave annoyed.

There are a few Orange Hotel banches in Xining. The one we stayed is at Shengli road. Exterior of the building does not justify the interior & service of the hotel. The building does not look new but the room is very clean and comfortable. Sufficient amenities and toiletries, kettle and fridge in the room. I like their complimentary tea bags. Front desk staffs are friendly and respectful especially the night shift lady. There are varieties of selection for hotel breakfast including cereal, oriental choices, fruits, desserts, juices & coffee n tea. There are also self laundry ( plus dryer) services in the hotel. When you order “Mei Tuan” (food delivery) there is a robot 🤖 that will deliver you the food. You might bumped into her once awhile when you taking the lift. Overall satisfied with the service and expectations of this hotel.

It's also close to Wangfujing and Tangdao Wanda Plaza shopping districts, making it convenient for shopping, dining, visiting the Botanical Garden, the Plateau Pearl, and the Zoo. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room, a smart delivery robot, and housekeeping services available on demand with rapid response. Whether you're visiting Xining for leisure or business, this is the perfect choice for your next trip. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The room is also very good, generally clean, very close to Limeng and Guofang Department Store, the price is not expensive, the overall cost-effectiveness is relatively high, I will choose to stay here next time

It was my first time in Xining. I selected a hotel online because of its convenient transportation. Checking in was very smooth and the mutton soup for breakfast was delicious. I am especially grateful to the lady at 1718 (I don't remember her name, she had short hair) who arrived at the store at nearly nine o'clock in the evening with a pile of clothes that needed to be washed. I didn't know how to use the hotel's self-service washing machine, so the lady helped me wash and dry them personally. Thank you very much.

The hotel is near the zoo and Daxin Street Night Market, making it super easy to get Qinghai-style yogurt and hand-pulled lamb; the hotel's location is also excellent, so you don't have to rush if you're catching an early flight.” The hotel is close to the Qinghai ******* Culture Museum, so you can visit the attractions during the day and take a stroll around the hotel in the evening – convenient and pleasant. The picture shows small animals from the nearby zoo.

One is that there is no hand-held shower, and there is no way to do local cleaning. The second is that there is a step between the room and the aisle, and it is easy to trip up at night. The third is that the hot water is not good. The water in the two wash basins is not hot. Finally, the warm water comes, which is not hot water. In addition, the breakfast variety is not delicious, I want a bowl of noodles, the small bowl is very mini, put a little egg crush, two fingernail-sized tomatoes, no taste, very difficult to eat. Soy milk tastes wrong, a little about to feel. Also, when checking in, she said that the room I booked was on the 6th floor, and there was KTV on the 34th floor. It would be noisy. Let me add money to upgrade to the 10th floor. I said no, I slept late, she said that KTV only started at zero, and was forced to add 15 yuan, very speechless. I regretted living in.
