It’s good price hotel

I chose here because of my recent good experiences within Zhangye and Yinchuan Holiday Inn hotels. The breakfast was very good. The room was plush with a good bathroom. No complaints. The fridge in the room had no options as it was empty. That saved me a few yuan!

We had a very relaxing stay in wonderfully comfortable and clean rooms, and very much enjoyed the Chinese restaurant. We especially appreciated the patient support of the front desk (thank you Annie!) in dealing with the various COVID-19 health requirements.

Check in and check out was smooth….. there was only one guy who helped us with luggage could speak English :) and he helped us with moving rooms as the first room given had smoke smell !! The food and breakfast was decent….the hotel was a bit busy with a lot of tour crowd but wasn’t noisy in the rooms, bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep !!

Hotel is very clean and quite big room. Only downside is the location which is away from the city center however if u have a car it’s okay. Staff is efficient and friendly too.

This holiday inn was very basic compared to other ones we've stayed in. It is clean and the service was friendly. There is a huge recreation complex attached to it where we paid to go to the hot springs and swimming center. The pools were really fun, and you could easily spend a day there. That being said, those are not hotel facilities. The hotels only saving grace is that it is next to this huge center. There is no food around for delivery and it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was absolute chaos with tours. There weren't enough seats, it was loud and messy. The food was mediocre. The room itself is comfortable and clean though.

This hotel is simply amazing! Starting from the staff who are always communicating with you in the most polite manner and with a smile on their face all the way to comfortable and clean rooms. Guest service is always there to help you with anything you need. The location of the hotel is great, almost equally distant from the temples, city center and the sunset view park (sorry, forgot the name :D ) I warmly recommend a stay in this hotel to everyone who are visiting Xining.

This is my second stay on a business trip. The hotel's service is as attentive as ever. They called me in advance and put the humidifier in advance. There are many people from tour groups in the breakfast room of the hotel, so breakfast needs to be replenished in time. However, the waiters in the restaurant are very good, and Xiao Huang's service is also very good. Service: A star-rated hotel has excellent service.

It's great, I must give it a thumbs up. Special thanks to the front desk lady Lingling. She is beautiful, has a sweet voice, and has a super good service attitude. The hotel is 20 minutes away from Kumbum Monastery. Next to it is a hot spring water park where you can swim in hot springs and a water park. The environment in the public area is great. I arrived late in the evening. It's a pity that I didn't experience many places. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, very quiet, and sleeping is very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant is also good and doesn't end until 10 o'clock.

The Hot Spring Holiday Hotel is very good. The rooms are very clean. There are a variety of breakfasts. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the concierge service is very good. Especially Huang Xiaoling is very enthusiastic. It is recommended to stay.

I recently stayed at Xining Hot Spring Holiday Hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I especially want to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff was very considerate and gave me a free room upgrade and breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Breakfast provides a variety of choices, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, to meet the taste needs of different guests. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending.

The overall environment of the hotel is novel and unique, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is outstanding, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the mattresses are comfortable, and you can wash away the fatigue of the journey when you wake up. It is your first choice for business trips. The breakfast in the breakfast restaurant is very OK and deserves a five-star recommendation.

I came to the hotel with friends and had dinner in the Chinese restaurant. The dinner had local food and snacks, and the portions were quite large. Vicky, who checked me in, was attentive and thoughtful, and gave me an extra set of toiletries, and breakfast was also free. The service was meticulous, the hardware facilities were also good, and they also prepared special small gifts for us when we left the hotel. Good reviews
