It is perfect. The guest rooms maintain extremely high cleanliness standards to ensure that every guest can enjoy a clean and tidy resting space. The rooms are very comfortable, with complete hardware and a very reasonable layout. The guest supplies are practical and convenient, with plenty of light and a suitable temperature. I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the room is continuously occupied. The bath water is either very cold or very hot. I went in December and there are children. I really need to deal with the problem of the bath water. Others are quite good. There is a real estate next door under construction, and construction starts at 6 o'clock in the morning.

I am very happy to take my family to the beautiful seaside city during the holidays. After my previous experience of staying in a hotel, I found a hotel I like. Since it is a newly opened hotel, I don’t have too many concerns. When I checked in on the first night, there were already many people queuing at the front desk waiting for the front desk guy to solve various problems. 🈶 There were complaints about checking in, and the phone kept ringing, which made me wonder if there are so few waiters in this hotel? There was no welcoming staff in the hotel lobby, nor the noble fragrance of the hotel, so I moved in. There was no hot water for bathing on the first night, no warm air conditioning, so I understood it. I arrived at the hotel at nine o'clock in the evening on the second night and opened the door. A biting cold wind came towards me. I immediately called the front desk to tell me that the reason was that the warm air could not be turned on before the time. The bath water was still not hot at night. The reason told me was that the warm air was turned on at night, so there was no hot water. I have lived in a hotel for so long, and this is the first time I have encountered such an answer. The weather was bad during the Chinese New Year, and the south was cold and gloomy. I also lived in a hotel with a very poor experience. I hope to provide some small suggestions for travelers who are preparing to check in!

Satisfied, I went to this hotel just after experiencing the Perfume Sailing Boat, which is very close. Walked to the nearby Wanda, went to Xibei to have the most satisfying meal in Xiamen 😂, and also read a book. The hotel was not too good on the last night of leaving Xiamen! Oh, the front desk also sent a breakfast for the children!

Participating in the 2025 Xiamen Marathon, this is my fifth time in Xiamen. I have to say that this is the most comfortable and best hotel I have stayed in Xiamen! First of all, I felt the enthusiasm here as soon as I entered the lobby. When checking in, the front desk learned that I was a contestant and took the initiative to extend the check-out time to 4 pm for me. I was also given a breakfast, which I could enjoy at 5:30 am on the day of the competition. After checking in, a fruit plate and chocolate, nuts and earplugs specially prepared for the competition were also delivered. It is very convenient to order takeout, and the robot will deliver it to the room. After the game, the hotel also prepared supplies at the entrance of the lobby for friends who participated in the game to enjoy for free! When I checked out, I was also given a delicate little gift! The room is very clean and has all the facilities, which is great!

It was very close to the airport and easily accessible by didi.
Check in was quick and fast.
The room itself was really clean and neat.
The bed super comfortable and soft.
However the bathroom, really needs to be maintained.
Aside from the mold and leaky toilet, the door of the bathroom was damaged by water or something else, I’m not really sure.
It’s something that really needs to be sorted, because I chose another hotel when we returned to Xiamen from Bali, all because of the bathroom.

AAnonymous User設施：設施還是蠻新的，不會太老舊。就是熱水器有點老，會滴水，希望老闆可以更換一下，不然安全隱患挺大的。配了洗衣機，就感覺非常人性化（雖然很多遊客可能不會用外面的洗衣機，但是有總比沒有好吧）。馬桶！重點是馬桶！真的是我住這麼多酒店裡麪為數不多馬桶非常乾淨的，上一次見這麼乾淨的浴室環境還是在廈門悦華酒店。拖鞋也備了好幾雙，吹風機，梳粧台（真的很適合外出旅遊的姐妹來化粧！），衣櫃衣架，沙發，茶几，電視基礎設備都有，挺方便的。這個房間給我一種家的温馨自在！嗚嗚嗚真的比普通酒店好多了。
衞生：衞生我覺得還可以啦，至少在肉眼可見的地方沒看到臟，都是乾淨的。但是對衞生要求高的寶寶們可能會有點落差感哦，房間會有一股煙味（可能酒店民宿賓館都這樣吧，長期門窗緊閉開空調沒通風，味道比較大），但是這個價格還要什麼自行車哈哈哈哈，反正百來塊的公寓裏面這家性價比算是很高啦‼️
環境：房間很大，真的超乎我想象。就是外面出租的那種小單間的格局，一兩個人住的話綽綽有餘。比酒店賓館房間大多了。這個小區比較大，樓層也多，隔音不咋地，對睡眠淺的人不太友好。我是適應能力比較強的，各種環境設施啥的都能接受，所以覺得這個公寓總體是挺好的，以上評價都是自己的感受，每個人要求不一樣哦，大家做個參考就行。
