前台那個女接待服務態度很好，本來要給好評的，但前台服務員**服務態度惡劣，我們是常住的，已經按雅緻房型付過款，但同事申請從三樓換到二樓時，**並沒有告知房型不一致，而且是降級換房，我就詢問一下情況，**嚷着説：“我們為什麼要告知？又不是我讓他換的？他不問我為什麼要説？”然後就一直跟我爭論不休。
出差幾個月了天天住賓館沒見過這樣的服務態度，你是前台服務人員，房型衹有你懂，客人衹想換樓層，告知客人房型變化難道不是你的義務嗎？
