衞生很好，對於這個價位來説，性價比算很高了，老闆服務態度很好，能熱情介紹周邊各種情況，位置距離廈門北站算很近了，打個車7-8分鐘就能到，旁邊還有個商業街吃的還是很多選擇的，設施設備個別是有些時間長了，但是還是很好用的，設備齊全。有機會到廈門還是會選擇這家的。位置剛好也是在路口出行便利。房間圖片也很相符，忘記拍照了。

衞生方面，整體還是挺乾淨的！床品乾淨整潔，衞生間也很乾凈。
服務來説，服務很好！老闆算比較熱情的，能熱心幫忙指引到各個地方的路線。
設施設備都很齊全了，設施雖然沒有那麼新，不過還是不錯的，一次性生活用品房間是有，一次性杯子和拖鞋可以找前台取。
環境佈置還算温馨得體，房間算不上大，衞生間是挺大的，挺舒服。

學生黨真的超級適合
老闆人好 阿姨也超級好
房間有什麼缺的 需要什麼的
跟老闆和阿姨説一下都會得到解決
讓我感動的事 阿姨把我無意間説的話放心上了
對於戀家的人真的有被暖到
而且相比酒店來説 這家民宿的退房沒有七七八八的規矩 太棒了
美中不足就是隔音不太好 跟自己睡眠質量不好也有關

有很多問題希望商家能改善，畢竟做生意還是要講良心的。
1.床單和毛巾都有黃色污漬
2.床墊有凹陷不平的地方
3.床架鬆動得厲害可以當搖籃了
4.床底和桌底多處發現垃圾，並且地面很多灰塵（洗完腳後不小心踩在地上後染了一腳的灰塵）
