The customer service attitude is poor. The air conditioner in the special room has no heating. The washing machine is broken. There is water leakage on the floor as soon as you enter. It didn't dry up after staying for a whole night. The sound insulation is not good. All you can hear is the sound of water running in the pipes all night. It's freezing cold when there is no heating. The hotel room is very small and depressing. I don't know about other room types. Anyway, I suggest not to stay in the special room. What I give is the most authentic personal experience.

I am a ********* tourist, and I traveled to Xiamen with my two best friends. When I first checked in, the whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, and maybe it was because of the side window. The window next to it looked like a ditch underneath. I felt like there would be mice at any time. It was scary to run out😅, and the room was not as beautiful as in the picture. The toilet floor was a bit mottled. Later, we reported the smell of smoke to the front desk and asked the front desk to change us to a new room. The new one was also a side room. It was hot.
