It was my first time to stay at Crowne Plaza and it was a great experience. It should be the most cost-effective among the five-star hotels in Xi'an. The room is spacious and well laid out. I personally feel it is more comfortable than staying at Hilton. This time when we came to Xi'an for a trip, we chose the Yazhi Hotel and stayed for two nights. The hotel butler Wang Yuan called in advance to confirm the arrival time and added each other on WeChat. When checking in, the lady Wang Yuan provided us with plum juice and towels, and introduced breakfast and afternoon tea. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was a Dyson hair dryer and skin care products were provided. The lady sent fruits and small gifts to the room, which was really thoughtful. My friend was not feeling well on the first day when we just checked in, and Wang Yuan promptly sent red dates and ginger tea to our room. At night, he promptly added a quilt to the room and sent a foot bath bucket. It was really thoughtful. I highly recommend it and will come again next time!

This hotel was great, and I would stay here again without a doubt. It is super close to the metro station, seriously like next to it. It's tucked back away from the busy street, so it was quiet and I slept well. About that, it took me a bit of time to find the location. Keep an eye out for a little alley/street and there is a sign with the hotel's name on the wall. I wasn't looking up and didn't see the sign the first few times walking by. There was a man set up on the corner selling drinks from a cart the rest of the trip, so perhaps you'll see him and know it's time to turn. The staff members were really nice, helpful, and a few could speak English to make my check-in and questions go quickly. The room itself matched the pictures and was adequate for only me for a few days. In my opinion, it would be a bit small for two people to share. Overall, I was very pleased with the value and hospitality at this hotel, and recommend it.
