Really nice hotel! The stuff helped us in multiple ways! They were really helpful and kind, the room was very nice and clean, but there was a bit of cigarette smoke smell! The breakfast was really really good, both the Chinese and especially the Continental one! I recommend this hotel in Xi’an!

An amazing hotel situated in a great location. The staff were incredible, in particular Jack and Andy, they couldn’t help me any more than they did.. Due to flight delays I was given a free 4pm check out, free upgrade on arrival and the breakfast was amazing, loved this place!

The house is very clean. The things in the refrigerator are all free to drink. The bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time. It is convenient to go everywhere. The service attitude is also very good. Most importantly, the Renaissance brand is worth the price

I love this hotel, the staff were super nice they even gave me some souvenirs when I check out, help me load my very heavy luggage to the taxi, the house keeper also super nice I ask for some extra tea once but they gave multiple time and very considerate too, I take a tissue box from the bathroom since I didn't see any tissue on the working table and the next they they put another tissue on the working table for me😆 , the only downside that I feel is that they don't have food delivery robot that can deliver food right to your room, they have the ** food cabinet but unfortunately when I use they they didn't work for me since I don't have local phone number so I'm not able to retrieve my food, the front desk try to help me by calling the customer service but no luck. Other than the robot food thing oh and the metro also a bit far, this Hilton Hotel a pretty good place to stay

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling. Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

The hotel is strategically located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The bustling surrounding business district does not affect the tranquility of the room at all. Special thanks to Zhang Xinwei at the front desk for his thoughtful service throughout the whole process, whether it was helping to coordinate luggage storage late at night or giving local souvenirs when leaving the hotel, we felt the warmth of ”home away from home”. Highly recommended to all travelers who pursue quality and service, I will definitely come again next time!

This is my second stay at the Wyndham Grand Xian South, （西安豪享来温德姆至尊酒店）and every experience here has been full of delightful surprises. This time, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Zoe and Kiko, warmly assisted me with the check-in process. It was not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely thoughtful, making me feel truly welcomed. Their smiles and professional service instantly lifted my spirits, turning a tiring day into a pleasant one. The hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The rooms are not only comfortable but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The gym is well-furnished, and the buffet is rich with a variety of options, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. At night, the view from the room, with its magical lights, creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. In addition, the hotel’s prime location is another highlight. It is conveniently located near the Great Tang Ever Bright City and the newly opened MixC shopping mall, with numerous famous Shaanxi cuisine restaurants in the vicinity. This makes it not only an exceptional place to stay but also a perfect base for exploring Xian. Without a doubt, this will always be my first choice whenever I visit this city!

The hotel is majestic, I wasn’t expecting such luxury from an airport hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Terminal 3 arrivals, and there’s a tunnel that takes you directly to departures in just 5 minutes without even leaving the hotel. The reception is open all night, and the receptionist was kind and professional. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring thoughtful touches like a bathtub, bathrobes, and a desk. It would have been nice to have coffee options available at the bar, and it would be convenient if the reception on the 3rd floor (near the terminal tunnel) was open. However, these are minor details. All in all, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended for long layovers!

Our experience at the hotel was very satisfactory and especially the comfort. We had a photography session offered by the hotel. The photography session went really well with a very helpful team who listened to our expectations. The photos are very professional. The photographer was kind. The photo editing team knew how to make us happy. A big thank you to the team of photographers that I highly recommend and especially the hotel for the welcome and hospitality. This stay will be unforgettable for us because we were like on a cloud. We recommend it 100% for the passage to Xi'an there is no better!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful surroundings and amazing springs. I booked two nights wishing to have a relaxing birthday weekend, unfortunately the gym and pools were closed for maintenance but no notice was given. I’m so grateful to the staff who compensated me with free access to the hot springs, albeit with some haggling. Friday evening and Sunday morning had less people so the experience was thoroughly enjoyable, Saturday was packed with family and children so not as relaxing but I was still able to enjoy the extensive facilities. The room service was great and the kitchen were able to accommodate my dietary needs. Both the breakfast and buffet dinner were pretty good. The room was huge and really well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and will definitely be back.
