新開業的民宿，本以為山裡條件有限，沒報太大希望，結果這個民宿住起來很舒適，竟然很不錯，是這裏最好的一家民宿，高端大氣上檔次，洗浴床品都和五星級體驗一樣，性價比非常高，感覺不錯多住了幾天！菜品也不錯，味道超讚！在這裡會讓你全身心的放鬆，遠離城市中的燈紅酒綠！非常幽靜！坐露台可以看到對面的山景，以後會常來的！祝老闆生意興隆！

環境超級好的薆，尤其適合炎熱的夏季，來這裏避暑不要太好哦！位於朱雀森林公園門口，不遠處比較好找的一家民宿，門頭也很氣派，比周圍的農家樂感覺好很多！用高端大氣上檔次，一點也不過。吃飯也是跟在家裡感覺一樣，讓人很舒適 完全放鬆心情的地方。人多還可以打麻將 喝茶 喝咖啡 下河道遊玩！

第二次來了，春夏之交的院子裏景色很好，老闆用心設計和維護了；老闆見是回頭客，就給升級了房間；這次吃到了雲海餐廳😬香椿炒蛋、牛肝菌青菜都很好，壓軸的紅燒柴雞也不錯；另外早餐很豐盛，三熱一涼加雜糧主食，很落胃。
這次唯一的美中不足是大套房房間味道不是很宜人，感覺是衞生間通風的問題，還好就一晚，希望下次去時有改善～

設施：住宿吃飯喝茶户外休閑都有設施齊全，小院佈局設計合理，特別舒服的民宿院子。
衞生：院子很大，院子衞生乾乾淨淨，房間也整整齊齊的乾淨舒適。
環境：環境沒得説，非常有設計感的鄉村民宿院子。
服務：老闆熱情好客，給我們介紹了好多周邊遊玩的攻略。天氣熱的時候還要來一次。
總體來説，雲棲是朱雀森林公園旁邊最好的民宿院子了，院子大，草坪也很闊氣。值得推薦給喜歡鄉村遊玩的朋友們！

春節期間入住，偶遇秦嶺下雪，本來是件愉快的事情，但入住體驗一般：
1、房間的房型和環境挺好的，但衞生不行，隨手用紙巾擦了下桌子，紙巾上就有橙色的東西，應該是上一家在桌子上吃過水果後，店家沒有打擾乾淨。另外，廁所沒清理乾淨，廁所板連接處有尿液的痕跡。
2、午餐在店吃的，老闆很認真給我介紹菜單，我很開心，其中給我介紹了一道一雞兩吃的菜式，價格是68一斤熬湯和78一斤紅燒。我承認我一個城裡人對雞的重量存在偏見，沒想店家給了我們一衹8斤多重的雞，重量是跟我一起入住的朋友（他不知道一斤的價格）説的，最後一道菜下來是六百多。
3、晚上下雪天我們開車外出，朋友車在雪地打滑，回來跟老闆説了這事，老闆告訴我們讓我們沒經驗雪天別亂跑，最後靠我們自己向路人求助得救了，他們繼續打麻將聊天。當然，不怪老闆，這確實跟老闆沒關係。
4、入住前已諮詢客服，朱雀森林公園是否需要提前購票，因為市區的景點很火爆都需要提前購買，客服説不用。果然，朱雀森林公園是淡季，整個公園也就零星幾家人在遊玩，纜車也沒開。當然，這事也不能怪老闆，畢竟我也沒具體問當下是否適合遊玩，人家也沒義務告訴你。衹是，既然周邊如此冷淡，民宿的一千以上的房間價格就過高了吧？

民宿的環境是OK的，在那一帶算是環境比較好的，畢竟價格也是貴，過年溢價很嚴重。而且是在附近唯一的景區朱雀森林公園停止運營的情況下，周圍什麼玩的都沒有，不明白為什麼那麼貴！衞生做得一般的感覺，可能過年人手不夠。服務嘛，也是一般，不熱情不主動。

在網上看到這家名宿，離西安很近，裏面設施很齊全，乾淨衞生，吃的是他們自己養的走地雞，做出來的是陝南的口味，味道太正宗了，是旅遊，團建的好地方，下次還要再去。
