Staff were very attentive and helpful. Because it was raining when we arrived at the hotel, the hot tea and towel offered was greatly appreciated. Front desk even escorted us to the room, giving us a quick briefing of the various amenities in the room. They were very efficient in answering any queries we have. It was also very clean. A very pleasant stay.
A reminder for guests taking the metro to get to the hotel… metro exit closest to the hotel does not have escalators to ground level. Exits do not always have both up and down escalators. We struggled a bit with our luggage, even though it was not super heavy.
The location of the hotel is very good if taking the metro to various sights.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, especially based on a price.
Very kind and helpfull staff, clean rooms, a lot of space. Laundry room, small fitnes, good chinese style breakfast buffet.
Location is nice and i simply loved all of it.

Stayed in Xian 2 nights and really loved the hotel!. The room is spaceous, with sofa, desk and even projector. Location is 10 mins to subway and 20 to old town. The best is the staff - very friendly and helpful!
The only little advice: please, have some western cutlery, not all foreigners are skilled with chopsticks🙈

Was near the North gate entrance of the city wall and also near a metro stop. But a little far from the main sites downtown.

Wonderful Hotel, walking distance to north gate and towards city center. Opposite are some food stalls with great food. Staff was very friendly they even helped us with the tickets to the terracotta army. English is very limited but with translation apps absolutely fine. Breakfast not really anything for westerners. Rooms could use a mini fridge and a safe as both were missing

The first room we had had mold in the bathroom and near the sleeping area, it smelled really bad. Thankfully, when we asked the staff to resolve this issue, they kindly provided us with a new room. The new one was a lot better, no smell and clean, no complaints at all. The decoration is nice and its close from a subway station (10 minutes) and from the city walls. Overall, we would not book it again because of the our initial experience but the staff did a great job and were very kind. There are also some washing machines at your disposal, a great point for us !

Average service provided. Adequate breakfast but limited seating capacity. Excellent location with many food stalls and eateries around the vicinity
