When I first came to Xi'an, I booked a very ordinary hotel, then changed to this one. The room I booked originally had no window, but the front desk upgraded it to a room with a window for free. It felt really good. I would like to praise Auntie Wang Huiping from the housekeeping depar**ent for giving us an extra quilt. It was a bit too much for two people to cover one quilt, and it rained these days. Thank you, Auntie. I think the shampoo and shower gel can be packaged in disposable packaging, which makes people feel more at ease.
