The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an Reviews

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. A big thanks to Royce, Qiao, Scarlet and Nina for making us feel so welcome and providing us with all the information we needed for our trip. The 17th floor housekeeper, Xiang xiao e, made our room super clean and felt just like being at home. The hotel is conveniently located and there is a metro station right next door. It is very easy to get to all the attractions. I highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel. There's a huge variety of food to choose from and the signature hot dry spicy noodles are delicious.

Everything is OK 、sasa very nice

We had a fabulous time at the Ritz. Its a pity we had such a short stay. The rooftop bar Flair was really nice and had an amazing view. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with a large spread. This was probably a nicer Ritz than others that I have tried in China. Will definitely stay again when I come to Xian.

great hotel. good location with a mall right next door with shopping and eateris. nice little massage place nearby also. but for ritz carlton, don't expect much from the concierge, they don't really speak English.

Good environment up to the international standards and friendly staff

The staff at The Ritz Carlton Xi'an are the best I have ever experienced. They cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. Especially Cherry Ma. The rooms are of the highest quality and cleanliness.

Really nice hotel. A bit far…everywhere I went took at least twenty minute car ride. My room (Club King) included free use of the executive lounge, which had food and coffee and cocktails available all day. Lavanya at the executive lounge was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast feels a little stressful…everyone running around crazy, but delicious food. Will definitely recommend to all visiting Xi’an.

Specially, I got to know the hotel staffs Marshall, Edward, and Gary because I had something to ask, and I thank them for their careful consideration of hotel pickup service and hotel use ...Also, Sarah and Joyce in club lounge had such a good attitude.Today is my last day of New Year's vacation and I'm so happy to be here and very satisfied. It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

This Ritz came here when it just opened, and then gave a gift, schoolbag of little lion. Because the business style, I'm not come here frequency. This time, it feels fantastic to revisit hotel. Manager Chelsea contacted me one day in advance and prepared the upgraded room. It coincided with my wife's birthday. My family made careful arrangements and to get beautiful gift. It's would like to give a big compliment. Sarah and Sophia in the Executive Lounge, the service was meticulous and patient, giving guests a feeling of being at home. I will come again next time.
