環境：出門打車很方便 約好車 直接就在樓下等你
服務：這裏的服務真的很好。同樣的性價比 重要的就是服務 我定的遲 前台小姐姐還貼心送了水果 還幫忙把房子給我延遲了 這待遇跟五星級酒店一樣 希望能堅持下去

前台小徐服務很貼心，剛進酒店貼心的問候，讓人感到非常温馨，酒店位置很好， 衞生乾淨 房間還有大的落地窗，智能馬桶，很是方便 早餐也很豐富，中西合璧，滿足所有人的口味。房間設施設備都是智能化的，剛開始還不太會，小徐就非常貼心的幫我們開空調，非常熱心，下次一定還要來找小徐訂房……

非常滿意，我一定要推薦大家來，真的。我們一家人來西安玩耍，酒店大廳在3樓，前台小姐姐又漂亮又有禮貌，還給我們接熱水。房間這麼好，看圖片就知道了，床超級舒服愛了愛了。而且最重要的有停車場，離大明宮西地鐵站超級無敵近，附近有超市還有大商場，愛死了。今天約定退房時候我們沒趕上，又給我們免費加時間還讓我們不要着急，真的超級感動。下次來，還要選你們家。

帶娃出來玩，最在意的就是住宿環境了，一路上各種做攻略啊，最開始定了小南門附近的某店，後來一看差評太多了，果斷取消訂單，這次出行最滿意的就是定了宜尚plus.停車方便，環境好，房間乾淨整潔，還有自助洗衣房、健身房，而且在地鐵2號線周邊，出行也方便，最主要的是客服小馬態度太好了，每次見了都是笑着面對顧客，這才是星級酒店該有的服務，棒棒噠👍

衹要有宜尚酒店的城市肯定是居住首選。這家酒店較鐘鼓樓店比較近，設施齊全，洗衣房健身房很方便，而且隔音好，周圍安靜。早餐到10點，讓人有回家的感覺。這個酒店離地鐵很近，出行很方便。酒店的小馬服務很好，不管是前台、客房還是餐飲服務人員，見到客人都會主動問好，很有禮貌，再來西安還會住這裏。

很驚喜，酒店開業時間不長，設施很新很乾凈，居然給我們升級到最大的套間，120平，兩張大床三個衞生間，牛。早餐種類豐富，味道不錯，早餐到十點，中午飯都基本不用吃了。距離地鐵口三百米，在西安算近的了，地鐵2號線主幹線到哪兒都很方便，尤其是直通高鐵站，很順。工作人員服務態度很好，特別表揚前台小胡和管家小徐，貼心服務，處處為客户着想，謝謝你們。一次愉快的出行體驗，很贊，特別好評😀房間住後很亂，將就着拍幾張

酒店位置很好，距離地鐵很近，在網上看了之後預訂的。房間整體還好，很乾凈面積大，主要是前台的服務態度很好，房間衞生也很乾凈，網速是很好的的，但還可以。晚上去鐘樓看了煙花，是前台給推薦的。酒店的早餐也很好，酒店環境不錯，大堂前台還有花茶，非常人性化。地理位置也好，。交通很方便公交地鐵都很近。前台服務人員很熱情，很快給我們辦了手續，退房也是房卡給了就可以走，很方便客房人員也很有禮貌，見到人都會主動打招呼。有問題找他們也會及時解決。大廳一股淡淡的香薰味道，特別好聞，房間面積大，床睡起來很舒服，周邊都是小區很安靜。非常好值得推薦!
