第一點入住辦理：在小區內，入住時，商家告知又管家來帶領，讓等待。等待時長12分鐘。略微不滿。第二點如廁洗漱：公共衞生間（像家裡一樣）坐便式馬桶且僅有一個，潔癖患者需謹慎；牙刷需自取公共區域擺放；第三點設備配置方面:好的方面，配置絲滑流暢。不好的方面1.無網吧系統，很多遊戲需要自行下載，且電腦內存空間有限。2.無還原系統，個人賬號等訊息安全方面需注意。注：1.最不滿意的點是毛巾的放置，公共區域擺放。一共6間房毛巾少得可憐，公共區域擺放的也不知道能不能用（建議每個房間單獨擺放）2.洗髮露疑似摻水，擠的時候泡沫超級嚴重，上頭感覺不舒服，而且量少，沐浴露空的，無香皂提供。3.房間隔音效果差室內和樓外特別清晰，且阿姨10點就來打掃公共區域，衞生間僅用水沖一遍，無消毒。4.無備用枕頭，酒店枕頭為乳膠低枕，高枕患者慎選。5.空調遙控器為共用，略微不方便。6.房間wifi異常，搜尋不到管家給的名字的wifi。7機箱緊挨着床位，存在一定的安全隱患。8.無一次性拖鞋提供
