房間臨街，隔音很好。前台服務很熱心，有問必答，且積極解決。這次要特別感謝客房服務李芳芳，因本人頸椎問題，不能睡酒店的枕頭，她特地備了蕎麥矮枕，再次感謝！

在鐘樓週末300 多的價格在定的房間，超乎我的意料…非常棒！真的太棒了！房間差不多 30多個平方吧 ，設施非常完善，房間還有小度語音服務。前台態度也很好，辦理入住非常快速，還有人幫忙拿行李送到房間。體驗感槓槓的！

我淦 ！我自己做酒店的 ，沒見過這麼搞得， 地段是好但是也貴啊 ，房間面積還整這麼大 ，裝修賊好，檔次高，太棒了！這是老闆自己的樓吧這麼豪橫。以後裝修可以借鑒一下，愛了愛了。

真心不推薦這酒店，哦不，根本不能叫做酒店，無非是樓上租了幾層用於居住，號稱語音控窗簾什麼，馬路邊隔音差的一晚沒睡，提出申請第二天退房還不讓，真沒碰到過這麼無理小氣的，還好攜程出面承擔賠付房費。

房間乾濕分離好評，地理位置也很好，鐘樓地鐵站去哪兒都方便，步行就可以買到趙記綠豆餡餅～前台服務也很好，可以寄存行李收快遞。衞生細節需要改進，晾衣架上面有浮沉，一層灰，射燈照下來的地方能看得到浮塵，其他都還好。洗衣服務也不錯
