Room cleanliness was not good at all, I would say the worst red roof inn I’ve ever stayed in, room was cheap but still not worth staying there

Place is a dump! Room was clean, no fridge or microwave, bathroom is tired, no breakfast to speak of, just some stale muffins and cereal, it seemed like there were a lot of sketchy people staying there, too!

The room is showing its age. The toilet had problems filling at times. The floor and walls seemed dingy. There was no hair dryer was there but the holder was. The phone button was on when I got there and couldn’t get it to turn off. Only one set of towels.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly -- however the Breakfast was very disappointing -- we arrived at 7-45 am to find all most nothing to eat and when we asked for cream for our coffee we were told there was none -- if this is the norm it would be better to charge less and NOT include breakfast

the breakfast area was very disappointing...they should not be posting the pic used...there are no waffle makers, even tough there early, ran at of coffee, there were but 3 pieces of bread and 2 tiny muffin in the case...didn't expect lavishness but certainly expected coffee and something.

Room was unmade with cleaning supplies still in room and beds not made. 2nd room didnt have a working heater. Left and got a refund. Staff was nice about giving a refund.

The room was clean, bed comfortable however when we arrived it was so cold in the room not even 50 degrees. It took a couple hours to warm it up.

The room I was put in had not been serviced. The trash had not been emptied. Due to the time of the evening, when I arrived, I brought my own blankets to lay on the bed as I wasn’t sure those linens were clean.

Overall the room was fine. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Property and location were also fine but no trash can in the room, no bath towels and no shampoo. There was an in room coffee maker and coffee which I appreciated. Also, when I called the front desk with a question, the clerk was very curt/rude.
