Stayed at this hotel a few times, coveting the city center, and the location is convenient. But I can't live anymore. The hardware facilities are aging, and the service is really not flattering.

It is the largest hotel in the area and is close to the railway station. Although the decoration is a bit old, it is clean and the breakfast is plentiful. Will choose next time I stay. The toiletries have a hint of tea fragrance.

先表揚部分。酒店的位置挺不錯，算是當地地標建築了。滴滴司機都説市區內也就是這家酒店算可以的了。但是和度假區比的話，還有很大的進步空間。酒店裡麪都翻新了，衞生間是不錯的，但是部分傢俱很久，比如電話機。記錯日期了，去玩回來發現我已經過了退房的時間，然後酒店都訂滿了，不能續住了。前台姑娘也説不要緊的，然後讓我先上樓去收拾東西再退房，比較人性化。
但需要改進的地方很多。1.作為一家四星的酒店，門口的兩個吸煙亭形同虛設，一個這麼大的酒店，衹有電梯內粘貼了禁止吸煙標誌。然後前台，大廳，宴會廳，都可以看到客人隨處吸煙，沒有人上前勸説，對於我們這種被迫吸二手煙的人來説太痛苦了。2.服務員的服務意識不夠。我當初訂房是沒有大床房，就先訂了雙床，入住一天發現睡得很不舒服，就打電話和前台説我想換大床房。前台説第二天才知道情況。然後第二天就沒消息了，也不知道班班交接了沒有，還是説就這樣應付顧客了，如果是沒有房間可以換了或者需要加錢的，也應該告知一下客人吧。同時，入住期間服務員是不會主動打招呼的，但是這個是縣城裡酒店的普遍現象。3.入住的歡迎水果很有特點。入住第一天送了兩個香梨，第二天送了一個蘋果和一個香蕉，第三天沒有了。可能第二天的蘋果和香蕉是多給的吧。4.早餐品種較豐富，但是味道相對一般。5.説下隔音吧，房間隔音還可以。但是房間門不行，開門的時候，房間門如果不拉好，就直接砰的一聲，門像炸了一樣。睡覺的時候，隔壁的門這樣關了一次，我房間的床都震了。總的來説，入住不算滿意，所以評分偏低。
