到達酒店已經是夜裡12點了，前台人員沒有服務意識，我們已經到了前台她還在做自己的事，辦好入住特意説明需要個安靜的房間位置，進房間後發現開門就是早餐廳，預訂看見房間有雙人沙發實際確實一張單人椅，圖上有陽台實際也沒有，洗護用品瓶子老舊臟應該是成品重複灌進去的，淋浴間花灑夾也是壞的，因為孩子衣服要洗，凌晨1點到洗衣房發現裏面全是酒店的被子在等待洗滌，難道這些不應該拿到專門合作商清洗嗎？早上6點發現洗衣機和烘乾機還是用不上，過道里遇見保安大哥，他説給他等會幫我烘乾衣物，確實很感謝他，服務意識非常好，而且早餐8點多又在早餐廳看見他，整個酒店好像是他一個人似的。看的出來他非常辛苦，這裏給他點贊👍🏻

這家酒店環境很不錯，乾淨衞生，晚上睡覺也很安靜，特別要讚美一下她們的床墊，睡的非常舒適，有助於睡眠，這家酒店是我來拿無錫的首選酒店，地理位置很優越，去景點很方便，地鐵離酒店就3分鐘，離高鐵站10分鐘，離南長街8分鐘，酒店早餐有乾淨衞生，這是我住了5次以上的一家酒店，很棒！

你好酒店的裝修風格真的非常時尚大氣，很有檔次，服務熱情周到，響應客需及時，當時手裡拿的行李多，工作人員還主動幫忙拉行李，並且送到房間，真的很貼心。房間安排的也挺好，中央空調新風系統，淋浴房和衞生間是分開的，這是我住過的酒店中格局最好的。網絡，隔音，早餐，都不錯，值得二次回購的。

房間非常大，裏面的環境也非常的不錯，早餐有很多好吃的，提一個小建議，洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機衹有一套，幾乎沒法在那地方洗衣服，因為他們一直在用，要是能多一些就很方便，我們商旅出差人了

提前訂好的酒店，臨時升級了房型，房間更大更舒適，安靜整潔，隔音也是出奇的好，趕上元宵節，早上餐廳阿姨給煮了元宵，哈哈，“柿柿如意”，很nice！給阿姨和酒店點個贊，符合我們年輕人的心意。就沖這服務，配置，環境，價格，想體驗品質酒店的姐妹們，沖啊！[666][666]

朋友推薦來的，果真不錯，位置很不錯，出了東風站幾百米就到酒店了，酒店名字特別醒目，很容易找到，前台工作人員挺耐心熱情的，辦入住時就給奉了一杯温水，很貼心。安排的房間也很合意，內部的裝修挺新的，而且時尚，洗衣房，餐廳也都挺乾淨整潔，基本需求都能滿足。性價比很高啊[強]
