商家頁面顯示24小時熱水，結果沒有熱水，找人弄又説要等10幾分鐘才會有熱水，等一個小時沒有，打幾個電話最後才説一整個酒店都沒有熱水。解決措施也沒有，一直晾着消費者，房間裏沒有洗髮露，放洗髮露的架子還掉下來砸到人腳😡😡😡😡非常不滿意，投訴到酒店讓酒店解決，酒店支支吾吾沒有個準話

天梯山石窟在中國佛教發展史上有着重要的地位。但它地處僻壤，公共交通尚未達及。背包客們欲前往的最佳選擇是：就住在距此最近的（僅20公里）的黃羊鎮，而該鎮上性價比最好的賓館就是本店。到達：在武威客運中心乘坐農村班車（7元），其終點站距離本店僅300米；遊覽天梯山石窟：在本店門口總有多輛出租車在等活，來回包括等候1-2小時有公認的市場價，與其中幾輛洽談選中一家成交就是了；離開：可乘農村班車原路返回武威，也可在黃羊鎮火車站（出租10元送站）乘坐慢車7506次直達蘭州，乘客很少硬座也舒適，車費僅僅17元。住宿本店，背包客旅遊天梯山石窟不犯愁。本店衞生搞得特別好（途徑走廊時總能見到服務員們在忙乎），走廊裏房間內處處整潔有序，但漏洞還是有一處：房間窗户玻璃好像很久沒有清潔了，有些灰濛濛的感覺。
