I said the check-out fee, and the hotel said it could not be refunded. They said sorry, I said the hotel would be responsible for the cold, and the hotel did not dare to guarantee it. The only thing I could do was that the underground parking lot was too dusty and there were no signs. The experience was bad, I dare not stay again, I was very angry, and I hurriedly checked out at 2 o'clock.
