The service was excellent. First, the hotel is very close to the concert venue. Upon check-in, my hand wasn't feeling well, but there was no concierge to help with my luggage. The next day, the lobby manager personally came to apologize and gave me a thoughtful little gift. All rooms at the hotel include a complimentary breakfast for two, and I tried it once; the selection was quite generous, better than most hotels. Another highlight is the Chinese restaurant, which offers great value for money and very fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The smart devices in the room were amazing! The voice assistant was always available, allowing me to adjust the lights, control the air conditioning, and even turn on the TV, all by speaking. Everything was done from my bed. It was a true cul-de-sac of technology and convenience. The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept incredibly soundly. The soundproofing was also excellent, and I wasn't disturbed at all. The front desk lady checked me in super quickly and was very friendly, answering every question I had. The breakfast was quite varied, with hot dishes, snacks, and drinks, and the food was delicious. Overall, the value for money was excellent, perfect for both business and leisure. I've already bookmarked this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch; every corner was sparkling clean. All the amenities provided were brand new, which was very reassuring to use. The location is superb, with easy access to various dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. I'll definitely be back!

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, LCD screen (TV) and air conditioner. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is where my son sleeps the most. The hotel door also uses a pin code, it is safe and there is no need to use a door lock or door card. Outside there is also have a game machine (tintong) and contains many types of games, you can play casually for free. The hotel is close to the Wanda Plaza shopping center (only 2-5 minutes on foot).. There are also many places restaurant outside the hotel.. Every evening to night there is also have a fun fair near the hotel just outside the Wanda Plaza... Good and nice hotel. Tq BO AN Hotel

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a really comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options, all very nutritious. It's conveniently located near a school and close to the examination center, with easy access to transportation. The price is affordable, making it excellent value for money!

The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast! They decisively extended our stay the next day, and we were directly upgraded to a room type and provided with free breakfast! Happy to stay here for a few more days! Give me a big praise👍👍

I have stayed in many parent-child hotels. It was very wise to choose Liantou Radisson this May Day. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is very high. The room is very clean and the attitude of the hotel service staff is also very good. There are many things for children to play. The hotel is next to Houguan Lake, the scenery is beautiful, and the outdoor swimming pool is very photogenic. The booking package comes with a hotel photo shoot. The photographer A Ming is very good, can take photos and photoshop, and is efficient and beautiful. The only drawback is that many amusement facilities have lunch breaks and closing times. After checking in, you need to inquire and arrange the play time. But this is also good, not involuntarily, so that the staff and children have a reasonable rest time, and the service attitude will be better.

The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and most importantly, the soundproofing was top-notch, allowing for a truly peaceful night's sleep.
