I specifically chose this hotel for Zhou Shen's concert. It's very close to the subway station, and just one stop away from the stadium. The overall service attitude was excellent. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot, and if the items were too big for the robot, a staff member would deliver them. After the concert, the hotel even offered ice cream and tea. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, I had a great experience. The only minor downsides were the limited number of elevators, which meant long waits during peak hours, and the shower water pressure on the 17th floor was a bit low.

The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, making it easy to explore, shop, dine, or run errands. With complete surrounding amenities, getting around is a breeze, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. A wide variety of options are available, including noodles, porridge, fruit, and drinks. The simple breakfast ensures a satisfying and filling start to each morning. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The overall environment is quiet and cozy, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are also very friendly and polite, responding promptly to any needs, making the entire check-in process smooth. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, LCD screen (TV) and air conditioner. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is where my son sleeps the most. The hotel door also uses a pin code, it is safe and there is no need to use a door lock or door card. Outside there is also have a game machine (tintong) and contains many types of games, you can play casually for free. The hotel is close to the Wanda Plaza shopping center (only 2-5 minutes on foot).. There are also many places restaurant outside the hotel.. Every evening to night there is also have a fun fair near the hotel just outside the Wanda Plaza... Good and nice hotel. Tq BO AN Hotel

This gem of a hotel completely transformed my stay! The smart voice assistant in the room is a true blessing for lazy people. Just say, ”Xiao X, help me draw the curtains,” and the morning sun gently streams in; say, ”Turn off all the lights,” and you're instantly in sleep mode. Not only can it control the lights, air conditioning, and TV, but it can also easily check the weather and play music, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of technology right from your bed. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, seamlessly integrating smart home furnishings with cozy soft furnishings. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas for a super clean feel. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff are friendly and professional, and even kindly remind you of traffic information before leaving. I've stayed at several Senbo resorts, and this one left a great impression. Being newly opened, all the facilities are excellent. The indoor water park isn't huge, and the outdoor one wasn't open, but everything else was fantastic. It's perfect for a family vacation with kids; my children especially loved the bunk beds with the starry sky theme. The lake view is amazing, and you can even go boating. The sunset lawn in the evening was absolutely beautiful.

The hotel is pretty good overall. The room is spacious and comes with a fridge and washing machine, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions, providing excellent service. The downsides are that it's a bit far from the city center, the decor is a little dated, and breakfast is quite average with limited options – more of a simple meal, but enough to fill you up. For the price, it offers great value for money. I'd recommend staying here.

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched.
