Wuhan Chengjian Senbo Nature Park & Resort Hotel

The room was quite spacious and the hotel is newly opened. The hairdryer worked well, but the water pressure on the upper floors wasn't great. The hotel's overall environment is very good, and it was still crowded even during the off-season. The staff at the breakfast buffet couldn't keep up, and there was a queue. We bought a package that included unlimited access to Fantasy Island. I suggest replacing the girls' changing area with some free amusement facilities; 100 yuan/hour is not very friendly and just a way to coax kids and drain parents' wallets. Overall, it's a dream space for children and the experience was good.

The facilities are complete, the room is in great condition, and the hygiene is excellent. The key highlight, though, is the exceptional service. I'd give them full marks for their attention to detail, especially for families traveling with children. Things like a bathtub and safety rails were all readily available and quickly delivered to the room. They set everything up meticulously and only left after confirming everything was to our satisfaction. Thumbs up! The marshmallows were a huge hit with the kids – a must-try, and not too sweet! Plus, they make for great photos!

The environment at Senbo is consistent across the country. However, after visiting the water park, my child complained of an itchy body, which makes me question the water quality. At Yanlaixuan restaurant, we found hair in our food, and both the chef and staff were quite unhelpful when we brought it to their attention. When running a business, the quality of food should be a priority, not like something you'd get at home. Don't they understand that? I left an item in the water park changing room and only realized it the next day when packing. When I went to retrieve it, the staff told me the park wasn't open yet and asked me to come back at 10:00 AM, even though I had an flight to catch and needed to check out. I asked her to please help me find it, but she repeatedly said she was busy. After several attempts, I asked if she simply wasn't going to help me, and only then did she reluctantly agree. I later reported the situation to the butler, and the only follow-up I received was an apology call from one water park staff member. My experiences with Senbo's service in Hangzhou and Moganshan were nothing like this. Is a verbal apology all I get? The butler never even checked back to see how things were resolved. Overall, the Wuhan Senbo is quite disappointing. Don't bother spending money on Fantasy Island; the big slides are for kids over 1.2m, and the other attractions for kids over 1.2m are too simplistic and underwhelming.

I stayed here once during Chinese New Year, and this time, I chose Wuhan Urban Construction Kaiyuan Senbo Resort Hotel again for Zhou Shen's concert. The 'Sen Fun' family room is perfect for a family of four. The breakfast has distinctive Wuhan flavors; the hot dry noodles and doupi are even better than what you find outside 😋. The water park and Fantasy Island are great – with one ticket, you can enjoy them for two days as a guest. The butler, Zhenzhen, was incredibly thoughtful, always responsive to our requests, and provided excellent service! It's a one-stop resort that's super hassle-free and offers great value for money. A perfect place for kids! We'll definitely be back this summer. Highly recommended! P.S. The cotton candy machine was also a nice touch.

Flew from Shanghai to Wuhan and came to Senbo. It's a great spot for family gatherings with kids. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive, especially housekeeper Mengqi, who made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

Having stayed at several Kaiyuan Senbo properties before, this one offered a particularly great overall experience. The resort features indoor and outdoor children's play areas, though only the indoor water park was open during our visit; the outdoor water park is seasonal and opens in the summer. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich with a huge variety of choices. Our butler provided genuinely warm, thoughtful, and attentive service. It's highly recommended for families traveling with children.

The room facilities are relatively new, and the bed and pillows are more comfortable than those at the Hangzhou main store – highly recommend! The room service was also quite good, very satisfied! Waking up in the wooden cabin in the morning and interacting with the swans was a truly wonderful experience. The Chinese restaurant's food was decent, good flavor, but the service lagged behind. Hopefully, they can improve on that. However, the breakfast at the buffet restaurant really has a lot of room for improvement. Many items were pre-made, and the selection was poor. I hope next time I visit, there will be more specialty dishes. Overall, it's still good, especially since there are so few parent-child hotels like this in Wuhan. I hope Kaiyuan can continue to grow and thrive!

Wuhan Urban Construction Kaiyuan Senbo is perfect for a family vacation with kids! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the children's amenities are comprehensive – my kids absolutely loved it. The resort butler provided truly excellent and thoughtful service (¯▽¯~)! We'll definitely be back. The constant-temperature water park is open all year round, and Fantasy Island has a ton of activities; the kids didn't want to leave. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. It's a one-stop solution for entertaining kids, freeing up parents. Highly recommended!
