衞生呢就一般，配套的紙巾質量不好（可以改善）。位置坐地鐵方便，走8分鐘就能到4號線岳家嘴D出口，小區環境也不錯，小區過馬路對面有個大型超市，吃的買的都方便。公寓管家服務也不錯，還免費給我們放行李到下午四點半。總體性價比算可以的。
