The customer service was great. I really appreciated the two workers at the desk who really tried to allow me to stay. The rules aren't always clear with foreigners being allowed to stay but they contacted the right people, found information and helped me check in. It made me really happy that they went to such lengths for me to have a place to stay

第一次給差評 我在廁所化粧 離考研複試衹有一個小時 廁所的門鎖壞了 差點出不去 幸虧帶了手機 工作人員還説好像是我自己反鎖了？？我又不是** 在裏面鎖了十幾分鍾一直打不開 如果沒帶手機 我直接錯過考試 那真要氣死我了 接下來兩天也沒説給我換房間 而且牀頭櫃一層灰🙂

周邊晚上過車有點吵，第一天晚上排風扇還不停的響，感覺很不好。不過給攜程反映後，第二天就換房了

房間衞生打掃的不太到位，有些地方看着就沒有打掃一樣，一抹一層浮灰，還有就是前台工作人員的態度也極差，給的房卡不到第二天退房時間就打不開房門了，也不知道是什麼意思

這家酒店服務太差太差了。12點退房，10點到房門口發現房卡消磁了門開不了，於是跑下樓問前台怎麼回事，得到的是不屑的回覆：攜程訂的就是這樣，不會讓服務員開門呀~這口氣也是真絕！在爭取之下，前台那女的好不情願的在電腦前重新刷了下我們的房卡並交還我們，於是拿着房卡上樓，可到了房門口依然不能開門，大過年的這是想做女主角啊？原來方才幫我們重新刷卡竟然是表演的假動作，高！！！讓客人樓上樓下反覆跑試問哪位住客會高興？會樂意？於是又跑下樓去，在與前台溝通無果的情況下接通了他們經理的電話，通話中雙方語氣自然都不太好聽。到最後前台還是得意的説你們的就是提前兩小時消磁的，現在衹能讓服務員開，自己不可以。最後讓服務員開門後我們才得以進入房間。進門以後不到5分鐘，更誇張的事情發生了。他們的經理氣勢無比囂張的沖到了我們的房間內，手指着我們説讓我們當心一點，今天這事沒完，不會讓我們從這裏走出去，還揚言要打我們…這太誇張了，住過那麼多酒店，從來沒有像這家酒店一樣，提前兩小時，就不能進房間了。原本這就是件小事，關鍵就是在前台那個女服務員的身上，其實她那花裏胡哨的表演不要有，幫我們刷了卡，讓我們進房間，後續什麼事都不會發生，但我不知道她是出於何種目的一定要這麼做，我們在爭取自己的權益過程中，還要被他們家更為囂張的經理威脅，恐嚇…這就是雅斯特酒店分派給你們的工作範疇？賦予你們的權利嗎？最後是我們打了110，在110的協助下我們才退了房，出酒店的。終結一下衹能説這家酒店所用的這個女前台和經理，都是極品中的極品，垃圾中的戰鬥機~

訂的時候是看有江景，結果住的不是，而且挺偏僻的感覺，周邊沒有商店，沒有商場超市這些的，吃飯的地方離的也遠，就算做公交都要走一公里路程的感覺，窗户外面就是樓，衞生一般般，電視機 床頭櫃枱子上都是灰，房間也沒有座機電話 十分不方便，洗髮水沐浴露質量一般，洗完頭髮又幹又毛，體驗太差了

很差，門禁早上9點出去吃早飯回來就開不了門，前台告訴説，衹能續房才會激活，也是神邏輯。環境一般，房間很舊，比較臟，沒早餐。

酒店地理位置優越，交通方便，就在長江邊，白天晚上景色都很美，房間設施齊全乾凈衞生，更讓人暖心的是酒店因為孩子考研時間問題，特意延遲退房一個小時，真是太人性化了，極力推薦大家入住
