It’s really bad. The lady at the front desk is like someone owes him money. She is very vocal. The upgraded room with 20 is still like this. It should be better than living here if you spend more than one hundred. There are no windows, the smelly ones can’t live

這是我有史以來住到過最差的酒店 首先 最開始訂的是一個沒窗户的房間 圖片上明亮整潔 實際上到了房間 昏暗 有氣味 而且特別悶 我衹能説不是給人住的 然後我打了攜程電話之後換了一間房間（開始態度強硬就是不退不換）換了一間有窗户的 重點就是這間有窗户的 臟的要死 進去一股味 特別是床頭一股尿騷味 我也不知道酒店是怎麼搞的衞生 房間差就算了 還有尿味是怎麼搞的 隔音也非常差勁隔壁房間住進來吵到凌晨兩點 我實在受不了過去敲門才安靜 連個放毛巾的架子都裝不起嗎 毛巾搞個箱子放地上 從來沒有住的各方面這麼差的 我衹能説在有生之年體驗了一下坐牢是什麼感覺 最後配幾張圖 垃圾酒店 這種酒店趁早倒閉吧 噁心人

這家酒店是如何做到在各個方面都差的這麼全面的？
1、預訂之後下午三點半以後到店，被前台一臉我欠她兩百萬的表情告知有客人延遲退房叫我等着，等了差不多有半個小時才有好不容易打掃出來的空房讓我去住。你拿客人A的合理入住時間去滿足客人B的續住要求？這裏麪的邏輯我沒懂。
2、一百塊錢的酒店我本來就沒要求設施有多麼豪華。但是滿地小卡片，電視是壞的全程藍屏，無線網的網速刷不出微信消息，大冬天把熱水開關調到最大卻一滴熱水都沒有都是我沒有想到的。頭一回碰到連熱水都沒有的酒店。
3、大早上正睡着，清潔工不敲門破門而入。我問她幹什麼，她説她被前台告知我所住的房間是待清掃的臟房，我説我沒退房我還在這住着。於是她道了個歉以後在門口大聲打電話與前台理論我的房間還有客人這件事。前台那個人如果不是從事服務行業的人員，告訴我是什麼高利貸收債人員我都信。下樓退房她刷視頻的聲音比我説話聲音還大，真看不出來是一個正在上班的人。

在武漢這邊住的，前台非常熱情，還給我免費升級的房間，衞生感覺不錯，單間的價格很滿意，住起來也很舒服，就是因為在武昌火車站附近可能房間都不是很大，但是住起來很温馨

不想多説，房間小沒有十平方，極其不透氣，洗手間垃圾包裝袋殘留，床上有頭髮和渣渣，發消息給客服無人迴應，一條消息都沒有回，牆壁上不忍直視，不值這個價格
