I drove from California to Winnipeg and stayed here for my 14-days of self isolation. From the initial call mid-July to arrange my stay to my check out in Sept, the staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive throughout. It’s a new hotel in town and everything was new and super comfortable. Having to stay inside the entire time, I am thankful they accommodated my request for a larger fridge and room. The room was comfortable given two thermostats (main room & bedroom) and remote window blinds. Kitchen was fully equipped and loved the large fridge so I could cook my meals. WiFi connection was flawless and 3 TVs plenty. Arranged for friends to help deliver groceries as well as local restaurant deliveries for the duration of my stay. Parking space was plenty and my car was safe. I did not use pool or gym on this stay so I can’t comment on those. I’ve already recommended this hotel to family and friends. I am also arranging a 2nd booking towards the end of my stay for mid-October before I head back to California. Very satisfied Hyatt customer, thank you Hyatt House Winnipeg!

The staff was so friendly and willing to help us out with a great rate! The room was spacious, clean and well kept. The hot tub was not in order unfortunately. Not ideal after cycling for 8 hours but we made do. The breakfast selection was good. There was a good variety but the apple juice and coffee tasted very watered down

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, full room with all the comforts ( fridge, microwave kitchen, washing machine, coffee shop ) very useful for long stays , this avoids meals at the restaurant every day. The hotel is very clean and the hotel is also clean .The staff are listening to the clients. Only small bemol , the hotel bar is closed ( I imagine the covid ) , the outdoor house does not work . Thank you for your good service !

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay-cation at the Holiday Inn - Airport West! Welcoming and friendly service, spacious and spotless room, silky sheets on the king bed, and excellent amenities in the room. Despite the pandemic, we were able to use the pool - an efficient and fair sign-up process gave us 1 hour/day (could have been more). The continental breakfast was not included, but the location is excellent and we could easily walk across the street for sushi & bubble tea, pizza, steak, and more! Also a Shoppers Drug Mart and Liquor Mart right across the street. And, if you want some exercise, this hotel is a close jaunt to the beautiful Assiniboine Park & Zoo!

Clean room. Set up of the room was wonderful with small kitchen and office table and chair and a couch. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.i was not aware that they take $400 damage deposit. Still waiting on that refund. Otherwise it was an awesome stay.
