"The alarm was faulty and went off and could not be shut off. It woke us at nearly midnight and we were evacuated to the lobby until the fire department arrived and checked it out and allowed us back to our room but the alarm still was ringing until 2am! The pool was unavailable and the workout room as well. Had a great meal and would have enjoyed the experience had it not been for the fire alarm. "

The pool area is pretty small and there isn’t an adults only hour so it was quite packed and loud when we tried to use the hot tub. The breakfast is amazing the food from the restaurant or buffet is top notch and worth the addition to your room fee. Overall I would recommend this as a great option to stay."

Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel."
