Will not return to this hotel, the room was dirty from air conditioner, curtain, beddings even the microwave oven. You could even hear the footsteps upstairs. So disappointed.

We stayed for almost a week and the breakfast was always the same. No change. Muffins a bit dry.
Was a big t weird that we had to get towels from the front desk and tell them our room number. Most hotels have them just in the pool area.

The breakfast was the same after staying for three days... The location is good, close to the airport. This hotel is a chain, so the quality is relatively stable. Parking is free.

My family arrived here after 1 AM due to a late flight. The hotel is great and so very close to the airport it felt like we were asleep just after the airplane’s wheels touched down in Winnipeg. The staff was great, but the front desk surrounded by high glass was extremely annoying when you are trying to deal with another wonderful human on the other side, and trying to communicate effectively. The rest of the short stay was wonderful, quiet, clean, efficient, easy, trouble free, great breakfast, and conveniently laid out. I would recommend staying here, and may again….Thank you :)

The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast was decent.
The pool was too chemically! We all had skin reactions, examples: Hives, itching, burning and turned red.
There are no towels in the pool area. You have to hunt them down at the front desk. And give it back before you go to your room.
The hot was broken.
Asked for extra towels as we had 2 for our room with 3 person occupancy and they didn’t have any.

There is a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. Walls are not soundproof, I went out of the room and left my older kids as I walk down the hallway I can still hear my kids up to the elevator. There is also guest beside our room, I can hear every opening and closing of doors and cabinets. Pool is old and not that clean as other hotels usually have. Glad to try this place but I will not consider coming back.

While they advertise the reduction in water and detergent consumption and energy and only change sheets and towels once every 3 days of occupancy, no towels were available at the arrival. On request they gave towels, half of which were dirty. No room service took place after 4 days, upon request they folded the sheets without changing them and left the towels used for 4 days in the room without providing any clean towel.

There was a bloody towel by the hot tub and even after we informed them it was there as well as blood around the rim of the hot tub about 20 mins later it was still there. We received a refund for our second night. Room was ok only problem was the ac was extremely loud.
