(-) Noticed a stain on the bedsheet, they ran out of toothbrushes, also TRU Hilton hotels usually give complimentary waters on check ins; this did not provide any.
(+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay.

Shower soap refills were empty. We couldn’t sleep well because of the outside traffic noise in the night.

The rooms are sparely furnished. Only 1 uncomfortable chair! They justify this by saying the room is designed for sleeping only for short stays. However the bed was uncomfortable, the bedding was too small for the bed and the pillows were so old and squishy my neck is still sore. The bedspread and carpet in elevator were dirty. And why do they have a pool and gym? Spend the money on the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel and would never book it again.

I enjoy staying at Tru by Hilton because the price is good and the accomodations are modern. Sometimes you go to similar hotels in the same price range and they are old, musty, and dated. This is far from that here! Everytime I visit the Buffalo area I stay at this hotel always because it is definitely above par. Close to shopping and restaurants. A great place to stay for Canadian border shoppers.
