WOW the folks a the desk were very helpful, offered conversation (none of the others did) made us feel like actual guests. A rolling cart for luggage and an elevator (both a first on this trip) Nice room, plenty of USB and electrical plugs. The bathroom had a nightlight built-into the hair dryer, pretty cool. Bathmat in the tub, shower head was adjustable with options.
They say no need for a password yet we didn't have the best of connections. Although..the TV was tooooo techie,
Cuz we aren't, couldn't figure it out.
We didn't need to be entertained 😉
Their hot breakfast was surely a nice change, tasty too.
Appreciated the framed photos on the walls.

Clean and nice for the price. They charged an extra $20 per night pet fee that was not listed in the hotel pricing and that was annoying (hotel listed as pet friendly so did not realize was extra until I arrive and had pre-paid so was stuck paying it). If charging extra for stuff it should be clearly listed in the pricing summary or under additional charges.

The hotel and room were generally very clean. The elevator (there is only one) had a moldy smell. The air conditioner in the room had strange pulsating sound every 5-10 seconds.

The employees were very nice and the breakfast choices were OK and that was really all that was good. As soon as I walked into the lobby it smelled like smoke and the lady behind the counter said it was a non smoking hotel but with people going outside and smoking the smell comes back in. My room also smelled very "perfumy" as if they were trying to cover up the smoke smell. Nauseating! If it wasn't for the friendly employees I would have given this hotel a 1 or 2 stars.
