Check in and check out process was smooth. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Location wise, it's located on top of the Blackcomb village, it's about 8 mins ride to restaurants or supermarket. Parking was 22 CAD

Overall, it’s a great experience - nice space and kitchen. Good view and location. Just the checkout was a bit delayed and the parking cost was not cheap.

One bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, spacious enough for three people; kitchen utensils are fully available, and food can be purchased at the supermarket in Whistler town, where you can fully display your cooking skills. We stayed in May, which is off-season and very quiet. The hotel's swimming pool is heated and not cold, and there is also a high-temperature soaking pool to eliminate a day's fatigue. The hotel is a little far from the center of the town. We drove this time, which was very convenient. The parking fee is 25 Canadian dollars per night. If you don't drive, there seems to be a bus stop in front of the hotel. In short, it was a good stay experience and I will come again next time.

There is no sliding in and out, you have to take the bus down, take the cable car up the mountain, and come back. It's a cold day, waiting for the bus.

Everything is acceptable. Probably because of the epidemic, it can be seen that many of the employees are inexperienced newcomers. Although they are hardworking and enthusiastic, their work efficiency is not high during peak hours and errors may occur.

Our family had a lovely stay at Blackcomb Springs
The only complaint I have are the mattresses on the double bunks…..stiff,noisy and generally uncomfortable

Staff are awesome. Very helpful, friendly, considerate, and hardworking. Loved the ski-in ski-out, great location for shredding with access to Blackcomb village and everywhere that you want to go. Unfortunately, the hot tub was always full even during the week, and the gym is basically non-existent (it's literally a rack of dumbbells from 5-35, a treadmill, an elliptical, a bike, 2 adjustable benches, and some yoga mats). Rooms are a bit too small for the beds, but it's manageable. Love that the rooms came fully stocked with small appliances and plenty of silverware, dishes, and cutlery. Garage was very easy to get to, felt very safe, and was locked with room-key access. Pretty awesome place to stay honestly. Would definitely stay again. Amazing I was able to book this place within a month of my trip. Hard to beat this place for the price.

Mostly good, new renovation that's great. But some reason there was always a smell of garlic in the room for whole 2 days. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Hope next visit can be better.
