The hotel is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, there are still distance instructions and instructions on the obligation to disinfect. You feel a bit like you're in a plague ward. As a guest, you feel like you are the mental carrier of the virus. We don't find that particularly friendly towards a guest. Drinks vending machine with moderate prices. It is inconvenient to stay overnight on hot summer days because you can hardly open the window because the noise from the thoroughfare is raging there all the time. On the other hand, the hotel has a beautiful terrace facing the river.

It started with the arrival. Where and how to park the car is bad and/or unoverviewed painted. Eight euros per day are ok for a city like Wetzlar. Then a rather semi-friendly greeting. Enter then into a list where you can see all the data of the participants, about the subject data protection... So, go to the room. Green carpet with papayas:) OK, you can dispute about taste ... But what you can't dispute about are hair and fungi in the bathroom ... :€ The room was conveniently furnished. But the bathroom is more than usual. Morning, on the way to breakfast, the follower with the request for cleaning the room, which was consistently ignored. Breakfast was very good. Balanced and well filled. The service very carefully and effortfully. The coffee to pause at the meeting was not so hot, there was no waste, no lime, but delicious snacks. Lunch after time half an hour consisted of vegetarian lasagne, fish, curry snacked and supplements. All rather moderately warm. Afternoon the snacks, they remained in the morning and hot coffee. dinner, the same selection, other dishes. Pommes and cuts were enough for half of the participants and the rest had to wait... drinks were made directly from the Box distributed and the bottles were not opened. No more was cleaned. The next day it was about the same. Except that the service was even worse, i.e. almost not available. The beer at the teak was good, Also here again moderate service. Very bad, but I hope the next meeting is not here again. Privately I would not necessarily want to come back here. If the rooms are so clean, I don't want to try the wellness area at all. I'm unfortunately really disappointed ...

Wonderful rooms. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Bed was great as was the selection of pillows. Great shower. The staff was friendly and professional. So why did I rate it average? This hotel is a fair distance from restaurants. If you don’t have a car(which we didn’t) the only choice is the hotel restaurant. Here is my big complaint: both nights of our stay the hotel bar and restaurant were not available for guests. They had booked private parties. Since there is no room service, the first night we had to find a taxi. The second night we found the situation too late and just did without. We were never informed of the situation when we booked the rooms. This is inexcusable, the first time I’ve encountered this inconvenience. Had we known, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Beware!

Es ist sehr selten, dass man sich als Gast im eigentlichen Sinne und nicht nur als zahlender Kunde fühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr üppig und es wird auch - problemlos und gerne - auf Sonderwünsche oder -bedürfnisse eingegangen. So ist es auch möglich, dass man spontan glutenfreie Backwaren bekommen kann. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einer Wohngegend, sodass es sehr ruhig und entspannt ist. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant mit einer übersichtlichen und zufriedenstellenden Karte. Dabei fällt auf, dass viele Besucher aus der näheren Umgebung zu kommen scheinen. Dies trägt zu einem gewissen Lokalkolorit bei und spricht gleichzeitig für die Küche und das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal.

The location is super to relax, work and start strengthened in the new day. Whoever likes something more action is probably centrally better lifted. However, what I very much liked at this hotel was just this quiet. It's got something to sleep with open window. The bed and breakfast next morning was wonderful too. Conclude: Thanks again!
