Excellent services, welcoming people. Staffs are Anurag chetri and Ankit chetri were always available on one call. Entire staffs won the hearts 💗🥰. Enjoyed the breakfast, room service. Hotel was very clean and hygiene. People can choose this hotel for their stay in pelling.

Helpful staff, breakfast they custom cook it. Several restaurants around the area. Middle of the town and view of the mountains. However no bottled water in room. Toiletries available. Heated blanket was nice. Room heater (chargeable) was weak.

Beautiful view of this place. Excellent location for staying within the heart of upper pelling. Good position to have good view of Kanchenjunga. Nice fooding. Good privacy. Wifi and other facilites are also available. Heater is located within the cushion. Bathroom is nice and clean.

It was a wonderful experience, the staff was extremely approachable and helped us throughout - they were very responsive and even on the last day when we had to leave early morning, they were very prompt with their service. Even the food was quite good! The cherry on the cake was the exhilarating view of the snow capped mountains from our window!

We are stay Sikkim tourist center , upper pelling west sikkim good location & hotel staff Good , food was great near by taxi station my family is enjoying we are visiting next trip. Pelling is full Green cleaning. Room was cleaning also toilet .overall good service

The food was excellent and people attending the guests here are really very nice and humble. The property itself is superb, very well decorated and clean everywhere. I personally met and talked to the Manager, Mr. Shib Kumar Das, Aniket Chettri (F&B Captain) and Dipankar Sharma (front office). Everyone was really knowledgeable about what they are meant to and it made me really comfortable. I am looking forward to come here again soon. Thank you.

The service was excellent and food was incredible. Dipankar and Shiv Kumar made me feel like home as the behaviour of the guys was superb. Must visit the place Sikkim as it is an iconic place to visit and the greenery plus the views were amazing here.

Very nicely aportionedrooms. Extremely comfortable. Great staff. Very good food. Easy checking in. Nice staff. Bapi was very helpful manager. Restaurant staff was very accommodating. Rooms were beautiful bedding so confirtable. Nice to have a bed heater

We stayed here for 1 night from 23/12/2023 to 24/12/2023 They have well kept and clean rooms They have good amenities that make the stay comfortable They have good quality and tasty foods They have good location and Kunchenjunga is properly viewed from here The staff was very courteous and helpful specially Aniket and Pritam they have done a very nice job of making our stay as comfortable as possible.
