While the majority of the staff are warm and accommodating, there was one instance of a staff member displaying reluctance in preparing coffee, attempting to levy a charge under the false pretense that it wasn't part of the service. A minor improvement could be made regarding our request for a non-smoking room and floor. Despite this, a faint smell of smoke lingered, likely due to guests smoking in the hallway. When I notified the front desk, they assured us they would address the issue with the smoking guests, although enforcement seemed challenging, perhaps a common concern in China. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

The pictures are all things I haven't seen in other hotels. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this one is not the best, but the most humane. The details are amazing, and most importantly, the price/performance ratio is really high! There are also water guns and toothbrushes for the children, and baked sweet potatoes are given as soon as you enter the door. It is very warm. I will come again next time. Hotel gave us two pillows each for each guest for the first day. Then took away one each next day. They came to clean our room even though our do not disturb light was on. The room was las very small. Other than that it was fine. Front desk was helpful.
