Very nice hotel in a great location (right next to Wembley Stadium, London Designer Outlet, several eateries and a short walk from Wembley Park Station with its Jubilee and Metropolitan line trains into Central London). Room was clean and in good condition with a nice big bed. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Buffet breakfast offered a lot of choice indeed and Eva and Anita were both very helpful and welcoming in the restaurant. The pool, steam room and sauna facilities were easy to book and the gym/pool team were friendly and helpful in doing this.
The one thing which could be improved was the fact that you can't put anything in your room fridge as it is packed full of minibar items. This wasn't a huge issue, but it would have been nice to have a bit of shelf space in there to store some water on a hot day. Also, it would have been helpful to have a minibar menu clearly displayed, as the QR code which you scan in your room to get the food menu does not have prices for the minibar drinks on it. Thus, I avoided taking any drinks from the minibar as I wasn't sure of the exact prices.
Would go back to this hotel if I end up in the area in the future as it was a very relaxing experience.
