一個完全沒法洗澡的地方，水特別小！地板是斜的。酒店大堂明亮乾淨，設計不錯。但房間內部不敢恭維。地板傾斜，無法淋浴，沒有電梯🛗。

Popped in for tea, coffee and cakes and much enjoyed sitting there - very friendly staff, eager to please & great a**osphere. No reason to sit in Costa or other chains when you can sit in a more historic and special place to grab a tea, coffee or cake!

Hotel staff sp super friendly and welcoming. The only down side was that the hotel rooms was really cold of a night and with the thin windows the rain woke me up (which I know it can't be helped the rain). Showers was lovely. But there was cracks in the bathroom.

Tried to pop in for a local breakfast as the website mentioned that you don’t have to stay in the hotel to get a full English breakfast. Unfortunately after arriving after 0930 found that they closed the restaurant. A shame, if locals knew that they can come in (even until 1100) to grab a breakfast then I would definitely utilise this service.

Great location, sat between the castle and the town centre. Rooms are small but warm, clean and comfortable and have tea, coffee and a kettle. Breakfast was very good and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is no lift, and some rooms are up two flights of stairs, so it could be challenging for the less able-bodied with luggage.

Quiet, comfortable, sophisticated. Lovely staff. Weird lighting set up. Heating turns off during the day. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening. If only they had under cover bike storage I would be a very happy customer.

We came for the Warwick half marathon. ALL the staff who work at this hotel are so friendly. From check in to check out all the staff were very willing to help us. They even wished us good luck for our race and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel for when we returned. Thank you to all the staff I would 100% stay here again

We stayed here for one night in what was a superior double room £150 inclusive of breakfast. Now on the plus side: 1. The people in the hotel are lovely, helpful. 2. The bar area is really nice and the food was also of good quality. 3. The location is great right in the town The down side was that: 1. The room was super small and certainly not superior. 2. The bathroom was tiny and as you can see the shower was super tatty For the price for one night I expected a lot better. This hotel does need some updating and consideration of the description of rooms.
