Came to visit my dad in the hospital. Found bugs & personally went to office to ask them to make sure my room was thoroughly cleaned for my return. Not only was it not cleaned, no coffee replenished, bed not made etc., Now all my clothes need to be professionally cleaned so they don't get ruined, including my coat & car. NOT even so much as a discount. Only move me to another room. Problem is I come to find out they were bed bugs. so what difference does it make if I go someplace else or change rooms. My things are already infested. TERRIBBLE

Room was clean and recently renovated, its the little things. No soap holder in the shower, no hair dryer , no power outlet in the bathroom, supplied a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar , creamer or any thing to stir a coffee with , we had to chreck in through a little window while standing out side in the rain. Its all these things that made feel and look cheap.

I didn't like to have to stand outside to check in. I was not impressed with standing outside in the cold wind to check in through the window. I was not allowed to stand in the office out of the elements.
When I got into my room I opened the drawer to put my stuff in it and there was a dirty sock laying in it.

Had everything close by. Not happy when someone came knocking at the door past 10 p.m to ask if I needed a kettle after I submitted my review that it would be nice to have at least a kettle or coffee maker.
