The hotel staff and view is amazing. Food is really simple and good. Room was fantastic with sea view , very calm and quiet . I am happy we got room not to road view because it looked very crowded and noisy. The only bad things very unhygienic bathroom mostly shower-cocaroaches running and very untidy. Andhorrible smell after the night in all hotel-looks like farm smell ir smth like that. Very unclean coffee cups and coffee machines atbreakfast buffet. Overall i am satisfied with my

Very nice and clean beach hotel near Larcana. I would definitely stay again. It is a bit out of the way, but that’s reflected in price. Great free breakfast!

On the edge of town (Larnaka), so caters more for people with cars (ample parking). Still, nice seafront walk for a few miles and a few beachside coffee shops. Public beach right outside, shallow water and sandy once inside water. Very new hotel, so good value for money, especially when booking rooms with Seaview balcony. Staff at restaurant very nice. Ran out of something can gave me free alternative drink. (photos of beach outside hotel, including view from room)

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly, food is good but a little bit on the expensive side.
Access to beach will cost an extra 5€ per day per person as it is a government property, restaurants and night life is very limited anywhere near by.
It is a good hotel for family and couples who would like to spend the whole day by the pool and sunbathing.
Pool facility and service around the pool are excellent.

Very clean hotel, but about 7 km from Larnaca, rental car urgently required. Very nice and good rooms, hotel is located right on the small beach. Very shallow water.

The property is situated right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are big and bright. The beds are huge and very very comfort. Breakfast had lots of options and the chef will cook you an omelette to order.
The 3 course meal on an evening was worth every penny of the 20 euros charged. A set menu but lots of choice.
Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I couldn't be more happier with our stay everything was excellent, from the room to the staff, the food our beach front view everything was just right. Thank you to all the safe that made us feel welcome and relaxed. Dennis on the front desk, Marcus, Sanja and head chef Stalo all madw this hotel one that we would definitely book again. We had a beautiful time.
Going in November's was the best choice great weather surprisingly nice and quiet qnd very happ staff.

The good news - the lobby bar area is really ncie and feels Metropolitan. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating
The bad news - The hotel is quite dated. I could see where it was once a luxury hotel, but that time has passed. I only stayed one night before an early flight and was glad I did not have to stay longer. Everything is stained - the shower walls, towels, rugs, and pool chairs. New towels and serious bleaching of the bathroom to remove dark stains would help immensely.

The setting is gorgeous. I chose the half board option because I was traveling alone. The food and service were outstanding.

Wonderful hotel by the beach, friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast with lots of options, nice Pool area with sunbeds, i highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Facilities look like they were built well but very poorly maintained. Staff bordering on being rude. Food subpar. Room lighting partially working. Overall decent if it were a 2-3 star hotel, but definitely does not live up to standards of a 4 star hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a half board basis. Rooms are nice enough, modern and sleek. There were some stains in the bedding which I would've raised with the staff if I was there for longer than 2 nights. Food was very good. Every dish I had was tasty. However, the pool area wasn't great, often very busy and overcrowded for a pool of that size. Our room was not ready to be checked into until 2.30, half an hour after check in time. We also mentioned in our booking that we were on our honeymoon stay but no action was taken. Might consider staying here if I'm in the area again but wouldn't rush to come back.
