I stayed here for a total of nine days, and as my first time in a hostel I think it was very nice. The location is great, right in the middle of Chicago. There was only one day where the water was out, but they fixed it quickly so it was not too bad. The people at the front desk were also super helpful. And if you've never stayed before, they do free daily activities for everyone to enjoy.

The service was perfect. They were all nice for everything. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect. You are in the Loop close to the Millennium park and all the other things in downtown. The room are clean and the dorms are nice and clean

The room is nice, clean and tidy. Free breakfast is simple, with milk, cereal, bread, etc. It costs four dollars to store luggage after check-out. There is a Panda restaurant nearby for Chinese food. The location is very good and it is convenient to go to the Chicago River by the lake. The only thing to overcome is the noise from the nearby railway trains. Everything else is very good.

The air conditioner is not adjusted individually for each room. I almost froze to death. Everything else is very good and convenient. There is breakfast. It is a very cost-effective option. It is a great choice for visiting Chicago. The nearby neighborhoods are very safe.

The hotel was very clean and the location was close to the bus terminal so it was easy to walk around.

It's cheap, clean, and the breakfast isn't bad, but the sounds of passing trains, sirens, and air conditioners are too loud, and it's cold and dry.

Considering the price, it seems like a good facility to have this level of facilities.

The location of the youth hostel is very good and convenient for traveling. The room was very clean and quiet. Satisfied and recommended. Suitable for solo travel.

Convenient location, clean and friendly

I didn't feel very safe staying in a hostel, but it was highly recommended to me. I loved that despite the fact that I shared a room with more people, each bed had its privacy, having two plugs, a lamp and a curtain per bed. Be sure to bring your padlock in case you want to store valuables. The guys at the reception are very friendly, and there are people who speak Spanish and English. If your room is not yet ready for check-in, you can rely on them by leaving your luggage in a cellar. For check-out, they have lockers available in the lobby, so once again a padlock is essential. I was in a room of 10 people for reference. For the included breakfast they could have a little more options.

It's like a normal hostel. You can drink coffee for free on the second floor. The shower room is small compared to people, so I have to get up early. And it's in the downtown area, so the location isn't bad (just in front of Millennium Park) But on the way, I was a little scared. What movie is the front door? It looked like it was going to come out, so I was a little scared, but if you go to the side there is a door, so be careful because it's a door...And suddenly you pay 4 dollars or 12 dollars to check-in. I'm going to do my best. It was fun chatting with foreigners as well. I think it's worth going except for being touted.
