Very comfortable!

We enjoyed the room & view! Down side was the how loud the ice machine was when dispensing ice and room didn’t have a closet, ironing board or iron.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Convenient location to attractions. Wish the rooms were carpeted.

I arrived around 2:45 pm. I was able to check in. Which was good some places make you wait till 3pm. The lady at the counter was pleasant and friendly.

The ****** tied to the hotel makes it very smoky in the lobby of the hotel very loud just not a place to stay if you're overnight traveling if you're going to gamble go great place cheap. Safe

Pros: 1) Spacious rooms. 2) Very clean. 3) Onsite Cafe was convenient & food was good. Cons: 1) Check-in desk staff weren’t friendly (almost seemed discriminatory as they were friendly to customers of their own race but not others.) 2) Both beds in the room seemed broken down in the center. 3) Service at Cafe was very poor, staff didn’t want to be bothered with doing their jobs. 4) Parking is horrendous, had to park at far end of ****** lot on our second night, which was about the distance of a city block or more away. Suggestion: Divide your parking lot into two sections, one for hotel & one for the ******, so that your patrons carrying suitcases don’t have to walk almost 2 blocks to get to their rooms.

Check-in was fast. The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Parking was a nightmare no designated parking for the hotel nor was there valet. The room we were in ending in 03 was on the backside of the elevator shaft and very noisy and ran up and down non stop could not get any rest.

Not up to my expectations. Rooms are not detailed cleaned, like I do my own home. Nice setup however, friendly , courteous staff, Just needs some deep cleaning!! Ive been to many Casinos, one out of ten, it gets a 4.
