I have only posted about twenty reviews over the years, all being of 4 or 5 stars. It is not in my nature to complain and damage someone's business on a whim. So this review is not about location, the firmness of the bed or the quality of the breakfast but something far more important; the safety of this accommodations guests, particularly room 106 It is clear that there has been a history of water overflow from the bathroom shower tray. Why else would there be a secondary drain on the opposite side of the bathroom from the shower? Notwithstanding this the bathroom still gets flooded. There are no warning signs in the shower. Almost two weeks ago I had the unfortunate stay in this room. There are steps down from the bathroom into the bedroom which had become soaked, causing me to fall into my bank. The resulting pain was considerable and it took a long time to get to my feet. We made it to the breakfast room and came across on of the maids. She immediately knew which room we were in and said she would clean up the mess. There was no-one else about to discuss my fall with. By the next day the pain and bruising were horrendous. There was a lady in reception when we were going out. She said she couldn't discuss the issue, that the owner would not take calls and only turned up unannounced once a month. We should send an email which would be dealt with. After a painful journey home I was eventually persuaded by my family to go to hospital two days after getting home. An x-ray showed two broken ribs. I then sent an email to Ca amadi last Friday. I have not had the courtesy of a reply. If you book this accommodation be aware of the risks. Although it's own website claims to provide all the services of a hotel, it clearly doesn't and they could not care less about your health and safety.

Didn’t stay here but had a meal at lunch time. The spaghetti bolognese was incredible and very reasonably priced! It was away from the busy streets and was a lovely atmosphere. The inside was a little bit dated but would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was delicious - pancakes were to die for (we had both the fruit topped and chocolate topped versions). Scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, assortment of cheese and pastries. Attendants were very friendly and prompt. Hotel was in good condition and front desk attendants were very friendly and willing to help in all ways. Room was very nice. Bedding was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was large and updated. The only problem we had was that the shower wall caulking had a few holes which allowed water to run out of the shower onto the floor. Hotel was each to locate in the Venice streets. Would definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed this place but you have to check in at the Santa Marina Hotel (in the opposite building) it’s all connected. Truly impressed with the room, little penthouse room overlooking the roof tops of Venice. The room was spotless clean (so well done to the cleaners they do an excellent job). The breakfast had many options and every morning you were asked if you wanted ‘scrambled egg/bacon’ or ‘pancakes’ you can also opt for both. You’ll also be asked if you want tea/coffee/orange juice - again we said yes to everything. The coffee was delicious 🔥 and the orange juice was … wow 🤩 the breakfast staff were so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were so clean, plenty of towels, good shower unit bed extremely comfortable. Had extra pillows and duvets in the wardrobe. Perhaps the only fault - is we were up the top floor and there is plenty of steep steps up, there is no lift, someone with mobility issues may find this difficult. On the top floor we heard nothing it was if the room was sound proof. I loved it here and would definitely stay again. The location is fantastic 9/10 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ don’t forget to tip the cleaners they don’t get enough credit for all there hard work. With love from Ireland 🇮🇪 🍀

The location of the hotel is very close to Rinalto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is simple and fixed. The most unacceptable thing is that the shower conditions are extremely poor, there is almost no space, and the shared space with the toilet is extremely narrow, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. I also encountered a neighbor who might be in a bad state of mind and hit the sunshade on the window of the hotel with a stone 5-6 times, complaining that the sound of the mobile phone in the room disturbed her, and it happened before ten o'clock in the evening.

Fantastic base for our honeymoon in Venice, located within good distance to the main attractions in Venice, reception staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable on places to visit and restaurant's to try and organising private airport transfers. Being our honeymoon, they also helped me surprise my new wife with champagne and strawberries in the room. Definitely recommend
