The location is good, there are many restaurants nearby, but the restroom facilities are a bit shabby

It's not bad. It's a little far from the Venice City Railway Station. It's suitable for those who like to walk. It's very close to the old bridge in Venice and not far from Mark's Square. If you don’t want to leave from the train station, you can take a TAXI boat. few minutes.

The hotel service is very warm, and the location of the hotel is also very good. If you bring children to stay, please choose carefully. The bathroom facilities are very bad, the floor is moldy, and the furniture is old. Such rooms should be improved in time in the off-season and should not appear in the guest room within the selection!

When I told the front desk that I was checking out early in the morning, they prepared a take-out breakfast for me, which was very nice. The room was not very clean, and when I took a bath, it smelled like sewage. I think that it is better to contact the front desk and ask for a hair dryer because it is equipped with a hair dryer that will soon become unusable.

The hotel facilities are outdated, the bathroom shower is not fixed on the wall, and you have to hold it with one hand when you shower. Early dinner is still rich. There is no drinking water in the room, but tap water from the tap.

We are currently in Venice and had dinner at Hotel Malibran last night. My wife and daughter are celiac and so we have to be careful in where we chose to eat. The pizza we had was fantastic, as were the soup and salads as well. The service was excellent and pricing was reasonable. If you are celiac in Venice you will be safe here.

Was treated to a week away for my birthday from daughter. Lots of sightseeing planned and this was an ideal spot only a short distance from St Marks square. Reception staff very welcoming and explained 10%off at the restaurant attached. Breakfast was included breads, croissant, cakes , yogurt, meets, cheese etc. We were 2nd floor and there's a 2 person elevator. Carpet a little threadbare on stairs and rooms were novel, but could not fault fact fresh towels everyday, room cleaned and shower was great. We had 2 single beds, a small TV and wardrobe. We are in restaurant one evening and both had pizza, (my daughter felt there could have been more veggie choices, but that was same across the whole city) we didn't finish but staff were happy for us to take away to our rooms. Overall a good base for your stay.

The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast is good. The room was small and the bathroom was even smaller. We still had a good vacations, and for the price, it was acceptable.
