Location was good. Hotel rooms were clean and well serviced. Game room was not maintained. Air hockey table was not in a good condition. Carrom table was put up with kids chairs only. Food was average. Swimming pool was well maintained. Any food ordered like juice and tea had exorbitant prices

Worst service, ac of any room was not working. Food quality was also not good. It feels like that we have just waste our money.

The first disappointment was when we noticed that there in no minibar in the room!!!! There are some amenities which we assume to be there when you pay a certain price. Especially in peak summers. Very small bathroom. I didn't see the wc at first and was confused. I saw it only when I entered and closed the door. It was behind the door. Hugely disappointing buffet breakfast. Didn't start in time and then had the bare minimum spread. No fruits, no parathas, no cakes... My son hated it. Electricity kept coming and going all the time..and AC won't restart on its own when the light comes back..

The stay was not as mentioned in the page, food was average, location was average, amenities were all broken except swimming pool. And service was the worst, i asked for a glass of milk that too they didn't have

Ambience is good. Food quality is not at all good. No variety for buffets. Room service is horrible. Ordered fruits at 9. 30pm. In-spite of reminders we didn’t receive the order. Order was not delivered at all. Rates are too high.
