Unfortunately, there is nothing to say. I booked the hotel for the wrong dates, and when I asked to adjust them, I was completely ignored. I know that the administration was not obliged to meet me halfway, but overall it is unpleasant - they did not even bother to write a message in response.

Not a bad hotel, we spent one night here. The interior is quite Soviet, but not bad. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet. The choice is not wide, but everything is delicious, especially the cottage cheese casserole. The only negative is do not rent a room next to the elevator. The elevator is constantly moving and this is clearly heard in the room.

The photos of the rooms provided by the hotel itself correspond to reality. You will find a brutal "Soviet" hotel at the price of a decent modern hotel. Actually, these are the images that come to mind after you hear "Hotel Sadko". They've already written about the "buffet" - you'll have to walk around and look for something edible. Would you like some semolina porridge? And you thought "Soviet" was only reflected in the room's decor? The price tag is made up of the words "Great" from the city's name and "Golden Ring". In "normal" cities, such hotels have two-star status, are located on the outskirts, a bored woman sits at the reception, the cost per night is so low that everything is clear in advance. But here - a full house and a horse price. Excursion buses barely have time to bring guests. If you are used to choosing your own routes and places to spend the night, accustomed to good things, then I highly do not recommend it! Save your nerves. The room was clean, no one did anything bad to me, but it still pisses me off. From the giant dormitories and such a total indifference of the managers to the level of service, it is already very I've gotten out of the habit. Just now, in another regional center, and also during the New Year holidays, I rented a room in a boutique hotel for 3,500 per night, which is simply in another universe in terms of modernity and comfort compared to similar hotels. And before the New Year - for 2,500 in another regional center, and there was a room that I wanted to take a photo of in order to share how great I was settling in. And the interior is "a cabinet furniture store from the 90s, wretched tiles with a hole in the floor to drain what inevitably flies out through the curtain stretched around the shower tray" - 3,950 per night. If the shower was also "on the floor" - the picture would be as complete as possible. Novgorod may well be to your liking if you limit yourself to walks in the historical part and try not to intersect with the service sector. Both cafes/restaurants and hotels - everything seems to have fallen into hibernation God knows how many years ago. Nobody even tries to develop, to strive for some kind of "quality". Excursion buses will bring tourists from the backwoods in any case. Even if you lower the rating of all the city's establishments to one, everything will still be packed.

Останавливались в гостинице на две ночи в полулюксе. Быстрое оформление на ресепшене. Красивый холл с новогодней елкой. Несколько сувенирных витрин. Небольшой бар. Лифт. Номер довольно просторный, чистый ковролин. Свежий ремонт. Двуспальная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Новое постельное белье. Кожаный диван. Телевизор, сейф, фен, чайник. Стол, стулья. Туалетные принадлежности, халаты, нормальные полотенца. По размещению - все хорошо. Шведский стол. Не очень понравился. Скудный. Омлет, сосиски, запеканка без крышек, поэтому холодные. Микроволновой печи для разогрева нет. Обед и ужин - только комплексные. Организация питания - слабое звено гостиницы. Рядом с гостиницей - сетевые магазины Осень (с прекрасной кулинарией!), Магнит, Пятерочка. Для машин имеется неохраняемая парковка. Гостиница своей звездности соответствует. Рекомендуем. Отель на 4*. В номере есть халаты. Прекрасный и разнообразный завтрак. Останавливаемся не в первый раз. В этом году засели в реновированный номер: приятный свежий ремонт. Находится в пешей доступности от Ярославова дворища. До Кремля можно прогуляться пешком.
